大家好！

非常荣幸能够代表新媒体经济网友和新媒体同仁在此次商会论坛大会上发言。

天下商人，目地相同，那就是盈利，合法营利！合规盈利！最大化盈利！

因此，各行各业的商人们需要沟通勾连互通有无，需要同频共振，共谋发展，于是出现了大家共同需要的一个平台：商会。商会就是这样商人之间需要商议、商量、商帮的一个组织。据史料记载：“商会”形成于鼎盛时期的唐朝，当时市井中有“行”，具有商业行业和“工商业者组织”的含义。近代的商会在中国始于清末。1902年，上海通商银行的董事长严信厚组织成立了上海商业会议公所，这是近代商会的形式。

2024年末统计，北京地区登记成立的商会协会有1348家，市级906家。区级440多家。大北京可谓商会“林立”，而且层出不穷。

截至2024年三季度末，全国行业协会商会达到11万余家，拥有企业会员总数约770余万。

商会、协会，这一非政府机构正在发挥着它的独特功能。成为政府可依托、企业可依靠的中坚力量。

下面我从五个方面分享简述我的一些观点，供大家参考。

一、摒弃功利，回归商会本质

在社会经济的浪潮中，部分商会在发展过程中迷失了方向，将重心置于表面的社交应酬与利益追逐上，逐渐沦为名利场。这不仅背离了商会成立的初衷，也破坏了商会的公信力与凝聚力。商会作为企业与企业、企业与政府、企业与社会之间的重要桥梁，应承担起推动行业进步、促进经济发展、履行社会责任的重要使命。只有摒弃功利主义，回归到为会员服务、促进企业共同发展的本质，商会才能真正发挥其价值。

二、构建互信，奠定合作基石

互信是商会内部合作的基础，没有信任，合作便无从谈起。企业之间应秉持真诚、透明的原则，积极分享信息，增进彼此的了解与信任。在合作项目中，严格履行合同约定，做到言行一致。同时，商会可通过组织各类交流活动，如行业研讨会、企业互访等，为会员企业提供更多接触与沟通的机会，加深彼此的情感联系，消除合作中的障碍与顾虑，营造良好的合作氛围。

三、互助共赢，凝聚发展合力

互助是商会的核心价值所在。在市场竞争日益激烈的今天，单个企业的力量显得尤为薄弱，而商会能够整合各方资源，为会员企业提供全方位的支持与帮助。例如，在资金方面，商会可以搭建金融服务平台，促进会员企业与金融机构的对接，帮助企业解决融资难题；在技术创新方面，组织会员企业开展产学研合作，共同攻克技术难关，提升行业整体技术水平；在市场拓展方面，整合会员企业的市场渠道，实现资源共享、优势互补，携手开拓更广阔的市场空间。

四、实干兴会，创造辉煌业绩

实干是商会发展的关键。我们不能只停留在口号与计划上，而应将各项工作落到实处。商会应制定切实可行的发展规划与工作计划，并明确责任分工，确保各项工作有序推进。同时，鼓励会员企业立足本职，专注于产品与服务质量的提升，通过创新驱动，推动企业高质量发展。只有全体会员真抓实干，才能创造商会的辉煌业绩，实现商会的可持续发展。

“商会绝不是频频举杯的名利场，而是互信互助加油干的兄弟连”，我们每一个商会人应该树立这一理念。

五、展望未来，书写商会新篇

展望未来，我们要以更加坚定的信念、更加务实的作风，推动商会的发展。在这个充满挑战与机遇的时代，商会要紧跟时代步伐，积极适应市场变化，不断创新服务模式与工作机制。我们要以互信互助为纽带，以实干奋进为动力，将商会打造成一个充满活力、富有担当的“兄弟连”。相信在全体会员的共同努力下，商会一定能够为会员企业创造更多价值，为地方经济发展做出更大贡献。

Speech at the Chamber of Commerce Development Forum: Working Hand in Hand to Build a New Future for the chamber of Commerce

Distinguished colleagues,

Good day! It is my great honor to deliver a speech at this Chamber of Commerce forum. The concept that "the Chamber of Commerce is by no means a vanity fair where people clink glasses frequently, but rather a brotherhood united by mutual trust, mutual assistance, and a shared determination to strive hard" serves as a guiding light, illuminating the path towards the healthy development of the Chamber of Commerce. Here, I would like to share some of my personal insights centered around this theme.

I. Abandoning Utilitarianism and Returning to the Essence of the Chamber of Commerce

In the tide of social economy, some chambers of commerce have lost their way during the development process. They have shifted their focus to superficial social networking and the pursuit of personal interests, gradually turning the chamber of commerce into a vanity fair. This not only goes against the original intention of establishing the chamber of commerce but also undermines its credibility and cohesion. As an important bridge between enterprises, between enterprises and the government, and between enterprises and society, the chamber of commerce should undertake the significant mission of promoting industry progress, facilitating economic development, and fulfilling social responsibilities. Only by abandoning utilitarianism and returning to the essence of serving members and promoting the common development of enterprises can the chamber of commerce truly realize its value.

II. Building Mutual Trust and Laying the Foundation for Cooperation

Mutual trust is the cornerstone of cooperation within the chamber of commerce. Without trust, cooperation would be out of the question. Enterprises should adhere to the principles of sincerity and transparency, actively share information, and enhance mutual understanding and trust. In cooperative projects, they should strictly fulfill the contractual agreements and ensure consistency between words and deeds. Meanwhile, the chamber of commerce can organize various communication activities, such as industry seminars and enterprise visits, to provide more opportunities for member enterprises to interact and communicate, deepen their emotional connections, remove obstacles and concerns in cooperation, and create a favorable cooperation atmosphere.

III. Mutual Assistance for Win-Win Results and Pooling Development Forces

Mutual assistance is at the core of the chamber of commerce's values. In today's increasingly fierce market competition, the strength of a single enterprise is particularly limited. However, the chamber of commerce can integrate various resources and provide comprehensive support and assistance to member enterprises. For example, in terms of capital, the chamber of commerce can establish a financial service platform to promote the connection between member enterprises and financial institutions and help enterprises solve financing difficulties. In terms of technological innovation, it can organize member enterprises to carry out industry-university-research cooperation, jointly tackle technical problems, and improve the overall technical level of the industry. In terms of market expansion, it can integrate the market channels of member enterprises, achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages, and jointly explore broader market spaces.

IV. Thriving the Chamber through Practical Actions and Creating Brilliant Achievements

Practical actions are the key to the development of the chamber of commerce. We should not just stop at slogans and plans but implement all tasks earnestly. The chamber of commerce should formulate practical development plans and work plans, clarify the division of responsibilities, and ensure the orderly progress of all tasks. At the same time, it should encourage member enterprises to focus on their own business, pay attention to improving the quality of products and services, and promote the high-quality development of enterprises through innovation-driven means. Only when all members work hard and do solid work can the chamber of commerce achieve brilliant achievements and realize its sustainable development.

V. Looking Ahead to the Future and Writing a New Chapter for the Chamber of Commerce

Looking ahead to the future, we need to have a firmer belief and a more practical style to promote the development of the chamber of commerce. In this era full of challenges and opportunities, the chamber of commerce should keep up with the pace of the times, actively adapt to market changes, and continuously innovate service models and working mechanisms. We should take mutual trust and mutual assistance as the bond and practical actions and enterprising spirit as the driving force to build the chamber of commerce into a vibrant and responsible "brotherhood." I believe that with the joint efforts of all members, the chamber of commerce will surely create more value for member enterprises and make greater contributions to the local economic development.

Finally, let us move forward hand in hand, interpret the spiritual connotation of "mutual trust, mutual assistance, and working hard" with practical actions, and write a new chapter in the development of the chamber of commerce!
