初级建筑设计师 Design Staff (Entry Level)
Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm. Experience not necessary.
• General knowledge and interest in the operations of a professional architecture firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, Sketch-Up, and MS Office.
• Some experience with design and visualization tools including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, V-Ray, and Enscape.
• Proficient in English.
• Revit skill is a must.
Primary Responsibilities
• Assist with the production of contract deliverables including field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications.
• Develop working knowledge of architectural construction documents, constructability, and construction administration activities.
• Provide administrative support for project teams, including creating meeting agendas and minutes, updating project trackers, completing permit applications or checklists, maintaining RFI and submittal logs, and generating various types of project reports.
• Produce accurate and timely work in accordance with weekly workplans and directions given.

• 定义并完善项目文件体系的能力
• 全面掌握施工图编制要求（含技术规范）
• 持专业执照或认证者优先
• 拥有LEED AP或同等认证优先
• 英文熟练
• 必须掌握Revit技能
主要职责
• 应对复杂的规划许可获取流程，主导各种规模的项目通过尽职调查、可行性分析、概念设计和用地许可审批阶段。
• 必须具备规划相关知识，具有协助业主拿地、规划条件谈判的经验。
• 熟悉审批流程，并具有实际操作过方案报批过程的经验。
• 领导团队完成原创设计概念开发，交付包括初步设计文件、概念平面图/立面图、3D效果图和展示文件在内的全套设计成果。
• 与建筑和设计团队协作开展各类规模项目，深度理解地方规范、客户标准、施工可行性和程序性指导原则对概念设计的影响；该级别设计师需具备跨MG2区域市场协调多个设计工作室的能力。
• 全面掌握建筑施工文件要求，具备审阅、批注及指导各类设计相关生产工作的专业能力。
• 按要求协助完成设计相关施工文件制作。
• 通过多元化标杆研究开展设计创新，为建筑项目团队提供详细设计文档支持。
• 主持设计专项会议，并积极参与建筑团队会议。
• 主导设计成果质量审查，参与施工文件审核确保各阶段设计理念的完整贯彻。
• 编制材料选型等设计相关项目的初步技术规范。
• 开展建筑产品与材料研究，协同技术规范编制人员、可持续材料专家、产品代表及项目经理完善整体项目规范。
• 执行施工管理流程，审核设计相关RFI（信息征询）和项目提报文件。
• 监督招标响应文件（RFP/RFQ）及营销提案中的设计成果制作。
• 统筹管理内外部设计资源，确保质量稳定性与项目收益性。
• 积极参与MG2设计文化建设，严格执行设计严谨性标准与流程规范。
• 按照项目进度计划精准交付工作成果，工作内容需体现对合同义务、设计理念及预算管控的全面理解。
IT技术专员 IT Support Specialist
Role Overview
This role is pivotal in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing Technical support, and ensuring the seamless operation of our computer systems with a strong focus on desktop support and end-user experience.
Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 1+ years in a technology support-related role.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• English CET-4 or above.
• Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Server.
• General network knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot

• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people (verbally and written)

• Technical Support:
-Provide tech support for the entire office.
-Independently review, address, and complete IT tickets in a timely manner, ensuring prompt escalation when necessary.
-Provide personal management or escalation of VIP tickets.
-Proactively provide information and regular communication to users on the progress of outstanding tickets.
-Provide weekly reports on open tickets and statuses.
-Escalate more complex issues to a more experienced team member or manager.
• System Maintenance:
-Assist in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers.
-Update and maintain the technology asset management system.
-Ensure all company IT assets are kept in working and presentable conditions.
• User Management:
-Set up new users in a timely fashion.
-Properly close out and disable exiting employees’ accounts.
-Conduct monthly audits of user accounts.
-Order equipment in a timely fashion and ensure necessary equipment is always on hand and ready to go.
• Project Management:
-Take ownership of different technology solutions and manage projects independently with minimal oversight and direction.
-Effectively manage time and prioritize assigned tasks appropriately.
-Demonstrate understanding of project department goals, objectives, and deliverables, and drive for results.
• Collaboration and Development:
-Work collaboratively internally and externally.
-Actively participate and engage in internal team meetings.
