A survey conducted by CGTN and Renmin University of China reveals that most Cambodian respondents recognize the positive impact of Chinese companies operating locally. Over 95% of the 1,010 participants said Chinese firms play an active role in investing and operating in Cambodia. Nearly 96% believe China has contributed positively to global economic growth. Additionally, 89% think Cambodia should learn from China’s development models, such as establishing special economic zones.
