公司现有低压铸造生产线4条，锻造生产线3条，锻造能力1000吨。可以满足不同客户的需求。公司自成立以来，引进了从成型、铸造、锻造、去毛刺、机加工、抛光、电镀、喷漆、装配、检验等一整套专用生产设备和工艺，从材料分析试验、盐雾试验、承压试验等。一个好的的生产过程，确保每一个程序是高效和准确的。优秀的产品需要不断改进。经过几十年的发展，凯达已成为一家专业生产铜压铸、锻造产品的现代化企业。

The company has more than 400 employees, plant area of 36000 square meters.KAIDA mainly provides OEM die-casting and forging parts for overseas customers including nickel bronze floor drain, brass floor drain, bronze fittings, ornaments, power accessories, etc.The company has 4 low pressure casting production lines and 3 forging production lines, with a forging capacity of 1000tons；can meet the needs of different customers. Since its establishment, it has introduced a complete set of special production equipment and technological molding, casting, forging, debarring, machining, polishing, electroplating.painting, assembling, and inspection, ranging from material analysis test, salt-spray test, pressure bearing test. A great production process ensures that each procedure is efficient and accurate. Excellent products need to be improved constantly.
