At the global level, we have already begun the large-scale development of the digital economy. Digitalization has become an irreversible trend, much like previous technological revolutions such as steam and electrification. Eventually, digitalization will develop more comprehensively and deeply, driving significant changes in the global economy. With the flourishing of the digital trade globally, issues related to the digital business environment, facilitation, market access, tariffs, data flows, intellectual property protection, and the internet environment have become crucial.

Digitalization plays a constructive role in advancing inclusive finance. Digital solutions, including payments, create shared economic opportunities by enabling consumers and businesses of all sizes to participate in and benefit from the global flow of goods and services. In the fields of cross-border e-commerce and payments, the application of digitalization has effectively simplified trade processes, significantly improved efficiency, and dramatically reduced costs.

Digital payments have also enhanced the efficiency of the global financial system, reducing fraud and errors caused by manual operations, while strengthening the overall adaptability of supply chains through the integration of more reliable supplier channels. As the global digital economy continues to develop, the construction of digital financial infrastructure will drive a more inclusive and prosperous world.
