An old man is lying on his deathbed, with his wife at his side. They had raised three kids together, but the youngest one, Steve, looked nothing like the first two. This had always made the old man suspicious.

一位老人躺在病榻上，已到弥留之际，他的妻子守在身旁。两人共同养育了三个孩子，但最小的儿子史蒂夫与前两个孩子毫无相似之处。这始终让老人心存疑虑。

Finally, he looks at his wife and says, “Honey, it doesn’t matter at this point, but I need to know. Is Steve my son?” His wife smiles and says, “I swear to you, he is your son.” Relieved, the old man dies peacefully. Then his wife says, “Thank God he didn’t ask about the first two!”
