项目总重量约13,000吨，材料最高等级为1100Mpa, 其中460C等级材料近2,500吨，采用DNV和AS标准建造，按照100% NDT要求进行检验。自去年承接项目以来，润邦海洋项目组全力以赴，建造过程中，项目团队攻克了高强度等级材料焊接、抱环闭合试验、海生物水下清理、甲板面大面积防滑砂施工、Dolphin高精度吊装试验等难题。润邦海洋充分发挥自身的技术优势，不断地探索和创新，利用模块车进行船台搭载等新工艺，大幅缩短建造工期，降低作业风险，确保项目按计划顺利推进，最终提前近2个月高质量交付，高强度材料焊接UT合格率达到99.86%。

该项目将应用于KMSB码头，用于停靠大型浮式生产储卸油船（FPSO）、汽车滚装船等大型船只，提高码头装卸效率、推动区域经济繁荣。客户多次表示润邦海洋展现的专业技能和完美履约精神令人印象深刻，为双方未来长期合作奠定了坚实的基础。
