封面文章介绍了忆阻器的逐层沉积制备过程,神经形态计算中储备池计算算法原理以及忆阻器和储备池计算的结合。分别介绍了基于氧化物忆阻器以及二维材料忆阻器用于储备池计算,构建类生物神经环路的信息处理系统,可以完成图像分类、音频分类以及混沌信号检测等任务。展现了基于忆阻器的储备池计算系统在处理时序任务时的强大能力以及超低计算功耗。
