Admission Requirements

01获得教育部承认的大学本科毕业学历后，到入学时有三年或三年以上工作经验者（最迟于 2023年 9 月 1 日前获得本科毕业证书)。

02获国家承认大专学历毕业后连续工作五年或五年以上工作经验者（最迟于 2021 年 9 月 1 日前获得专科毕业证书），还须同时具备以下报考条件：①公开发表的与报考专业（领域）相关的第一作者研究论文；②补修六门以上（含六门）报考专业（领域）的本科主干课程，由补修课程的高校教务部门出具加盖教务部门公章的成绩单。符合以上条件者按本科毕业生同等学力身份报考。

03已获硕士、博士学位，到入学时有两年或两年以上工作经验者（最迟于 2024 年 9 月 1 日前获得硕士或博士学位证书)。

China Agricultural University MBA Program 2026 "Bright Elite Program" Admissions Now Open

The MBA Center will host "Career Development Assessment Sessions" from June to October 2025 for prospective applicants interested in joining our three specialized MBA programs. These sessions offer opportunities for in-depth face-to-face discussions and exchanges with renowned faculty members, corporate executives, senior alumni, and industry experts. Through these engagements, we aim to enhance mutual understanding, clarify career development directions, and help each applicant design a fulfilling professional path, enabling everyone to find their unique journey toward success here.

注：材料审核通过的考生，可成功参加“美好职业发展测评会”，最终时间和安排将结合申请人数、工作安排等情况确定，请以MBA中心招办邮件或者电话通知为准。

Note: Candidates who pass the document review process will be eligible to participate in the Career Development Assessment Sessions. The final schedule and arrangements will be determined based on applicant volume and operational considerations. All participants must refer exclusively to official notifications via email or phone from the MBA Admissions Office.

测评结果

测评结果将于活动结束后5个工作日内公布，请申请人届时进入“MBA申请服务系统”里查询。

获得“合格”的申请人，进入“美好赋能班”获得前置享有MBA学生多种权益，如：学术资源、校友网络、职业发展、企业参访、移动课堂等。

在当年的全国联考中第一志愿报考中国农业大学且联考成绩达到我校复试分数线，将按照我校2026年硕士研究生招生复试要求，参加我校组织的复试，复试成绩合格后拟录取为2026级新生。

每位申请人当年有且仅有一次机会参加“美好职业发展测评会”，本结果仅限当年有效。
