so in this video we're gonna take a quick look what comes in the box，and then of course get some hands on with this very thin foam that still does have flagship specs like the snapdragon 8 elite a 6.7 inch 1440p 120 hertz display that's gorgeous it does only have a 3900 milliamp battery because it's so skinny。

however this would have been a perfect launch to use a silicon carbon battery which is a newer tech that other phone manufacturers are using that just essentially adds more energy density，so you can have increased milliamp hours at the exact same size battery。

anyways，let's get into it get some hands on with the edge i'll also throw it up against some other phones to give you a frame of reference other samsung maybe an iphone as well，let's get started。

so we'll see if that will continue continuing through let's see what we get inside here a standard booklets and a usb type c to type c cable and finally just the edge from samsung let's peel off this front sticker as i boot this up for the first time the first thing i notice is the smaller size when going to hold onto it just a little bit less real estate it's still very comfortable and anotherenough to hold on to but in the hand you can already tell it just feels much thinner taking a closer looks in majection to a microphone usb type c port one of the speakers。

bumpless seat that rocks when we set it flatten just a second up towards the top another microphone and you do have another speaker there and then along the left side absolutely nothing i believe this is your ultra wide bin 5g antenna this is the titanium silver color it does have a jet black and an icy blue it is titanium because the sides are made of that titanium four more of a sturdy feel and here's our camera system dual cameras the main camera sensor is 200 megapixels so a lot of camera in a very thin style phone and then an ultraviting lens at 12 megapixel so no telephoto zoom lens however that main sensor will crop in for 2x zoom that is you know optical like it's still digital but it should be very good quality anyways let's run through the setup process i'll just talk about anything that's not worthy and then we'll put it up against some phones if you have face recognition or the in display fingerprint scanner all of your fingerprint data is secured by knox and all you have to do is just set it on down lift it up and continue to do so i will say after typing and using this getting haptic feedback the vibration motor does feel very premium overall is a little worried because of how thin it is maybe it might feel a little harsh but it really doesn't it's kind of soft it really does feel pretty good overall and premium and flagsship like that you would expect out of a phone of this price on top of galaxy ai you do get gemini as your ai assistant all right we are all set up and ready to go with our galaxy s 25 edge let's grab our s 25 plus and put it side by side because they have the exact same screen size at 6.7 inches and very closely you can tell the difference between the two and like i said earlier the in hand feel is very noticeable so you might look at this and say oh it doesn't look that big of a difference but when you hold it in your hands you can definitely feel the difference just a quick comparison with the iphone 16 pro max as well again a pretty large difference in terms of thickness by the way it is getting a little warm probably where the processor is a

right now because it is setting up and restorebring a bunch of things but it's not hot by any means that's one thing i wanted to point out because it's so thin i'm curious to see how thermals are going to be obviously with less space you can't have as big of a vapor chamber cooler and finally side by side with the flagship the s25 ultra again very noticeable difference and you don't get an s pen in this one the display does look really good on the edge i will say they did not include the anti reflective coating you can see right here there's it's a prime example how well that anti reflective coating works on the s25 ultra so it makes it look better when you're out in the sun and bright lit scenarios and just have harsh lighting in the backdrop just it's very obvious how well it works and one more look side by side between the s25plus s25 ultra and galaxy s25 edge just so you can sort of see how thin it actually is testing out the in display fingerprint scanner on the s25 edge it does seem to be very fast and accurate you do not need the screen on either unlock the phone and you can see right there it's very quick and snappy all right time for what you're waiting for the ben test here we go one two three i'm just kidding i'm not gonna do a bend test of this it does feel very premium it does feel very durable i think a lot of messages saying hey is it going to bend i can't imagine it's going to with the titanium sides you do also get the new gorilla glass ceramic ii on that front display so again just some more added peace of mind out of the box make sure you go into display settings because i believe it's set to 1080p out of the box so if you do want to take advantage of that 14 using 40p resolution you have to manually change it 1080p and 720p even will save your battery life keep that in mind and if we go to motion smoothness it's set to adaptive so you take advantage of that 120 hertz refresh rate but you can bump it down to 60 hertz that will also save your battery going into the camera application there's just just so

·18、so if i put my hand in front of my face actually that's a feature where it will start a countdown if it recognizes your palm.

·19、so now there's that picture of my palm in front of my face this is actually going to probably not work.

·20、you probably needed to do about half your face so it could generate.

·26、of course you have portrait mode and video mode you can shoot all the way up to 8k 30 frames per second.

·27、so that's kind of crazy on a phone this thing that you're shooting 8k video.

·28、however you can also go to pro video mode.

·and switch over to 4k 120 and 20 frames per second，so a lot of really good video shooting modes in a case you're wondering a ton of other camera modes including expert raw and as promised setting this down on the table。

·i want to point out that from these corners，it will rock a little bit，so yes it is going to rock as expected considering it just had one bump in the corner so it is going to just shake a little bit and not completely sit flat。

·however that brings me to a good point，i did get to check out some cases and when you did have the case on it，maybe brought it to about the same thickness as say the galaxy has 25plus without a case，so that's kind of a perk galaxy ai is on this phone a ton of different things interpreter transcribing note assist photo and a lot more as well so samsung will continue to add more and more of those features。

·this is one ui 7.0 so if you swipe up from the left corner you get notifications from the top right you get all of these quick settings etc you can't swipe down and swipe back and forth between them you can combine them as well within settings don't worry。

·also get a lot of nice additions to android with motions and gestures here and multi window features for swipe for split screen or pop up view anyways that is it from me on the galaxy s 25 ads the thinnest galaxy s 25 you can get and in comparison to a lot of other phones definitely the thinnest one out there drop comment let me know what you think。
