发帖网友描述，她6月2日入住后，无意发现枕套上印有“杭州御湘湖未来医院”的标志，“和亚朵自身‘亚朵生活’的标志明显不一样。一开始我以为是和别的酒店混用了，结果仔细一看是医院。”

A guest reported finding a pillowcase bearing the logo of a private hospital in Hangzhou in her room on Monday, clearly different from Atour Hotel's standard branded linens.

3日晚，针对网友发帖的酒店枕套标签异常，亚朵涉事门店回应称：系自采洗涤供应商严重工作失误，已中止与其合作。经对门店所有房间布草进行全面排查，未发现类似异常。亚朵门店称已致歉并取得客人谅解，会整改强化布草验收标准。

The hotel attributed the incident to a "serious operational error" by its third-party laundry supplier and confirmed that it has since terminated the contract. Management issued an apology and pledged to strengthen linen inspection protocols.

该网友称，事发后，该酒店第一时间给她更换了房间并减免了两天房费，她对处理结果表示满意。“酒店态度还是很好，向我出示了布草洗涤公司资质许可及酒店洗衣液、漂白剂、柔顺剂的报告。”但该网友直言：“酒店出现医院的布草，本身就是一个重大失误。”

地图显示，杭州御湘湖未来医院位于杭州萧山区，距涉事亚朵酒店约28公里。公开资料显示，该医院是一家大型民营医疗机构。

入住宾馆却遭遇医院布草，上游新闻报道，重庆某专业布草洗涤公司刘经理表示，“公司在万州区就有医院、酒店布草的传统洗涤业务，但二者明确区分了洗涤车间和洗涤设备。”

刘经理称，医院布草在洗涤、消杀方面的规定要求更加严格，他们会在专门在小车间清洗，“绝对不会出现二者混合洗涤的情况。”他分析，该网友所述酒店混入医院枕套的情况，很可能是分拣或者配送环节中出现了差错。

Liu, a manager at a professional laundry service in Chongqing that caters to both hotels and hospitals, emphasized that strict separation is mandatory. "Hospital linens require significantly more rigorous washing and disinfection procedures," Liu said. "We clean them in dedicated small workshops using separate equipment. Mixing hospital and hotel linens is absolutely prohibited."

Liu suggested the most likely cause was an error in the sorting or delivery process by the laundry service.
