The Initiative aims to attract one million college graduates to work or start businesses in Guangdong. The province has rolled out a "five-support" policy package, including job subsidies (up to 30,000 yuan for grassroots positions) and entrepreneurship support (guaranteed loans up to 5 million yuan), to build a full-cycle service system. At job fairs, positions in emerging industries, such as AI engineers offering annual salaries starting at 250,000 yuan and talent apartments for research staff, are proving highly attractive.

In 2025, Huawei plans to offer over 10,000 positions in Guangdong across more than 60 advanced fields. Its "Future Elites Program" will expand to 5,000 interns, with top performers eligible for full-time roles. Tencent has announced it will add 28,000 internship positions over the next three years, with 10,000 of those offered to campus recruitments in 2025. For some roles, annual salaries may reach up to 400,000 yuan after conversion to full-time positions.

Data shows that investment in Guangdong's strategic emerging industries increased by 18% year-on-year in 2025, with some sectors facing talent shortages of up to 230,000 people. The Initiative is helping enterprises address these gaps. With a complete manufacturing system, numerous industrial clusters, and active market players, Guangdong is forming a virtuous cycle of "industry attracting talent, talent driving industry." this model transforms industrial upgrading demand into job supply, fuels high-quality development, and makes employment a driving force of economic growth.

广东一季度城镇新增就业累计近35万人

该计划目标吸纳100万高校毕业生来粤就业创业，广东打出“五有”政策组合拳：就业有补贴（最高3万元基层补贴）、创业有扶持（最高500万元担保贷款）等，构建全周期服务体系。招聘现场，新兴产业岗位如“AI工程师”年薪25万元起、提供研发公寓，极具吸引力。

华为2025年在粤释放超1万个岗位，覆盖60余类前沿领域，“未来精英培养计划”实习生规模扩至5000人，优秀者可转正；腾讯宣布未来三年新增2.8万个实习岗位，2025年校招实习生达1万人，部分岗位转正后年薪可达40万元。

数据显示，2025年广东战略性新兴产业投资同比增长18%，部分领域人才缺口达23万人，“百万英才汇南粤”计划为企业解困。广东拥有完整制造业体系、众多产业集群和经营主体，“以产聚才、以才兴产”模式正形成良性循环，将产业升级需求转化为就业供给，推动高质量发展，让就业成为经济发展的强劲动力。
