On August 30, the "Thai Street Vibes" festival, hosted by the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Guangzhou, was launched at Beijing Road Commercial Pedestrian Street, Guangzhou. As part of the ongoing celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and China.

In his opening address, Mr. Kajtiti Wiwatwanont, Consul-General of Thailand in Guangzhou, emphasized the festival's significance within the broader context of the 50th anniversary of Thailand-China diplomatic relations. He stated, "It is a great pleasure for me to welcome all of you to 'Thai Street Vibes' here at Beijing Road. Guangzhou's historical and present importance as a key global hub for economic and cultural exchange makes it the perfect home for this event."
