年轻一代的独居与新家庭，往往不满足于传统模式，他们渴望通过空间重塑，表达自我态度。住宅的意义已不再局限于“安身”，而是成为个人审美与生活方式的舞台。

这座位于浙江的220㎡住宅，屋主是一对潮流先锋。留学英国的男主人，对老派英伦风早已生出疲惫，因而希望新家能具备现代气质，甚至成为生活方式的先导。

项目初始，设计师便与屋主在审美上达成高度契合，于是大胆调整空间动线：西餐料理区与客厅合并，以岛台为界，构成开放而流畅的格局，生活与社交在此自然融合。

At the beginning of the project, the designer and the homeowner reached a high degree of aesthetic compatibility, so they boldly adjusted the spatial flow: the Western cuisine area and the living room were merged, with the island platform as the boundary, forming an open and smooth pattern, where life and society naturally blend together.

白色软装成为空间的基调，在有限层高中，客厅天顶采用“天圆地方”的处理，结合光影设计，视觉感受更为开阔大气。整体氛围简约而有张力，为随后的艺术点缀留出了余地。

The white soft decoration becomes the tone of the space. In the limited floor high school, the ceiling of the living room adopts a "round sky and square ground" treatment, combined with light and shadow design, creating a more open and atmospheric visual experience. The overall atmosphere is simple yet tense, leaving room for subsequent artistic embellishments.

公共区域最具张力的，是过道那面不锈钢墙，随性涂鸦记录着屋主的个性。与之呼应的，是绿色字母地毯和彩色单椅，形成先锋而自由的气质。空间中随处散落艺术化装置，从墙上的香蕉雕塑到桌面的陶艺人面，都让住宅在日常之外多了一份趣味与不羁。

The most tense part of the public area is the stainless steel wall in the hallway, where casual graffiti records the personality of the homeowner. Correspondingly, there is a green letter carpet and colorful single chairs, forming a pioneering and free temperament. Artistic installations are scattered throughout the space, from banana sculptures on the walls to ceramic figures on the tabletop, adding a touch of fun and freedom to the home beyond daily life.

餐厅则转入克制与平衡。柔和光线下，黑与白的配合营造宁静氛围。开放的岛台取代传统餐桌，银灰色台面结合磨砂质感，带来细腻的触感与现代的品质感。餐区既是饮食的归属地，也是生活节奏得以放缓的片刻。

The restaurant shifted towards restraint and balance. Under soft lighting, the combination of black and white creates a peaceful atmosphere. The open island table replaces the traditional dining table, with a silver gray countertop combined with a frosted texture, bringing a delicate touch and modern quality. The dining area is not only the home of food, but also a moment when the pace of life can be slowed down.

卧室布置则收敛锋芒，以平静回应居者的内心。深色原石墙作为分隔，巧妙区隔卧房与衣帽间，材质的厚重感让空间显得更有沉淀。屋主在此卸下白日锋芒，于安静中重整能量。

The bedroom layout should restrain its sharpness and respond calmly to the inner thoughts of the occupants. The dark original stone wall serves as a divider, cleverly separating the bedroom from the dressing room, and the thickness of the material makes the space appear more settled. The homeowner here sheds the sharpness of the sun and reorganizes energy in tranquility.
