Recently, Zhuhai People's Hospital Medical Group successfully completed the city's first robot-assisted percutaneous lung biopsy using a puncture surgery robot. The entire surgery took just 15 minutes, achieving one-shot success with zero bleeding, no pneumothorax, and no other postoperative complications, while significantly reducing radiation exposure in computed tomography (CT)for both the patient and medical staff.

Before the surgery, the doctor imported the patient's CT images into the system, where the AI algorithmquickly completed 3D reconstruction, intelligently planned the optimal puncture path, and simulated the entire surgical procedure. During the operation, the robot precisely guided the puncture needle to the target location of the lung nodule, successfully obtaining the sample in one attempt. After the surgery, the immediate CT scan showed no complications, the patient was in good condition, and was transferred back to the ward.

In the future, the hospital will also collaborate to perform robot-assisted pulmonary nodule ablationsurgery, utilizing the robot's high-precision capabilities to achieve targeted tumor elimination and providing high-quality, safe, and minimally invasive diagnostic and the rapeutic services for patients with lung disease in Zhuhai and surrounding areas.

珠海：机器人辅助完成肺穿刺手术

近日，珠海市人民医院借助穿刺手术机器人，成功完成珠海市首例“机器人辅助经皮肺穿刺活检术”。手术全程仅用15分钟，实现 “一针到位”，术后患者“零出血、零气胸”等并发症，且大幅减少医患CT射线接触。

术前，医生将患者CT影像导入系统，AI算法快速完成三维重建，智能规划最优穿刺路径并“预演”手术全程；术中，机器人精准引导穿刺针直达肺结节目标位置，一次性成功取材；术后即刻复查CT显示，患者无任何并发症，状态良好并顺利返回病房。

未来医院还将联合开展机器人辅助肺结节消融术，依托机器人的高精度优势实现肿瘤“定点清除”，为珠海及周边地区肺部疾病患者提供更优质、安全、微创的诊疗服务。
