本期我们画两个零件第一个是导向支架,第二个零件是阀体,他们的零件图纸都在下方。第一个零件的画图步骤如下面的solidworks图,整体思路为先构建中间主体部分,这部分是整个支架的核心支撑结构,对后续两侧及孔洞绘制起到关键的定位和基准作用。接着绘制两侧部分,使其与中间主体自然衔接,最后完成孔洞绘制,保证各孔洞尺寸和位置准确无误。
In this issue, we drew two parts. The first part is the guide bracket, and the second part is the valve body. Their part drawings are located below. The drawing steps for the first part are shown in the SolidWorks diagram below. The overall idea is to first construct the middle main body, which is the core support structure of the entire bracket and plays a key positioning and reference role in the subsequent drawing of the two sides and holes. Next, draw the two sides to naturally connect with the central body, and finally complete the hole drawing to ensure accurate size and position of each hole.
第二个零件是阀体,对于这个零件来说,我们从图纸的左上部分能很气息看出大致形状。主视半剖图中得以看出阀体内部情况。先绘制外壳,其中右边弯曲部分利用扫描特征,先绘轮廓草图,选好路径草图后通过扫描命令生成,操作时注意轮廓与路径精准配合以确保尺寸、曲率达标且弯曲自然流畅;接着绘制中间弯曲孔,这是关键步骤,运用扫描切除特征,先画孔轮廓草图再选路径进行扫描切除,过程中仔细核对孔的各项精度使其契合设计意图;最后是螺纹线绘制,绝不能遗漏,要依据螺纹规格和尺寸要求。
The second part is the valve body, and for this part, we can clearly see the approximate shape from the upper left part of the drawing. The internal condition of the valve body can be seen from the main view of the semi sectional view. First, draw the shell, and use scanning features to draw a contour sketch for the curved part on the right. After selecting the path sketch, generate it through scanning commands. When operating, pay attention to the precise matching of the contour and path to ensure that the size and curvature meet the standards and the bending is natural and smooth; Next, draw the middle curved hole, which is the key step. Using scanning and cutting features, sketch the outline of the hole first, and then select the path for scanning and cutting. During the process, carefully check the accuracy of the hole to ensure that it conforms to the design intent; Finally, the drawing of the thread line must not be omitted, and should be based on the thread specifications and size requirements.
