01 数据备份 Data Backup

停机前需要备份软件参数和系统，用U盘存档备份数据。调整机器位置后，将机器恢复到原点或中间位置。

Before shutting down, it is necessary to back up software parameters and systems using a USB drive. After adjusting the machine position, return the machine to its original or middle position.

02 部件注油润滑 Component Lubrication

打开电脑控制界面，同时按注油按钮，然后打开手动操作模式，移动部件（包括锯车、推料滑轨机构、压料梁部分、送料夹钳机构）。

Open the computer control interface, press the oil injection button simultaneously, then switch to manual operation mode and move components (including the entire XZ sliding table, Z-axis sliding plate, Y-axis sliding seat of the whole machine, labeling machine X-axis, labeling machine Y-axis).

03 关闭电源 Power Off

电脑关机，电源旋钮拧至“关”，机器通电开关旋钮拧至“OFF”，打下接电源位置的总开关。

Shut down the computer, turn the power knob to "Off," turn the machine's power switch knob to "OFF," and turn off the main power switch at the power supply location.

04 卫生清洁 Cleaning

1、停机后，用吸尘器或气枪清理工作台和各部件机构，并用抹布擦拭油污；

After stopping, use a vacuum cleaner or air gun to clean the workbench and various component mechanisms, and wipe off oil stains with a cloth;

2、停机后，拆卸鼓风机滤芯，用气枪清理木屑和灰尘；

After stopping work, disassemble blower filter elements; use an air gun for cleaning sawdust and dust;

3、停机后，用吸尘器将配电柜中灰尘清理干净，清理干净后机箱内放置干燥剂（注：禁止使用气枪）。

After stopping work, use a vacuum cleaner for cleaning dust in distribution cabinets. After cleaning place desiccants inside chassis (Note: Do not use an air gun).

05 拆卸锯片 Disassemble Saw Blade

机器停机后，拆卸锯片并打包起来，防止生锈。

After stopping work on machines disassemble saw blades for packaging preventing rust.

06 保护罩包装 Protective Cover Packaging

设备保养完成之后，建议使用防潮袋，拉伸膜将设备包装好，防尘防潮。

Once maintenance is completed on equipment it is recommended that moisture-proof bags be used along with stretch film for packaging against dust/moisture.
