Hi, everyone. I’m so glad to be here and giving a speech.

First of all, I desire to ask you all, what is work? So how far does job satisfaction mean real satisfaction? Although we are students, we will also take part in some work.In this process, How do we measure our job satisfaction?

Many scholars have studied this: Herzberg believes that physical environmental factors, social factors and personal psychological factors can affect one's life. Physical environmental factors include workplace conditions and environment; social factors refer to the attitude of the employee; personal psychological factors include the perception of the work significance and the leadership style of the boss. According to the OECD 1998 survey, salary, busy hours, flexible hours are important factors that determine employees' satisfaction with their work.[1]

To some extent, the above study is very objective and reasonable. But I think that the selection of work is subjective, Job satisfaction requires creating and seeking by ourselves. The objective conditions are the following. No matter how good the conditions are, if you are not satisfied, your job satisfaction will still decrease.

For instance, in the position of a teacher, there are have differences between teachers with high satisfaction or with low ones. Whether they are satisfied with the position,can see it from the attitude of the students,the performance of each academic year obviously. This is irresponsible to the students, the parents, but also irresponsible to their own. So, job satisfaction can indirectly affect a lot of things.

In this regard, you should learn to tolerate and accept. When you notice that you are learning new things, making beneficial changes on your own, and helping others enjoy their work, you may also notice that your job satisfaction is improving.

All in all, the changes you want to make are entirely under your control.
