On January 12, 2025, deputies to the Second Session of the 14th Hunan Provincial People's Congress arrived in Changsha with high enthusiasm and registered for the session. 

At 9:40 AM, the Xiangtan delegation arrived in Changsha. The deputies processed the relevant formalities in an orderly manner. They learned about the meeting agenda, shared their work experiences, and talked about the changes that have taken place across the country.
Lan Guangxiang, a deputy to the 14th Hunan Provincial People's Congress, noted that he will give suggestions on how to enhance quality and efficiency of foreign capital and foreign trade and how to carry out the "Invest in Hunan" Global Investment Attraction Event. Lan is also the vice president of the Hunan Overseas Friendship Association. He hoped that the efforts will help attract overseas Chinese investors to invest and start up business in Hunan, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
