1范围
本文件规定了建筑用轻钢龙骨的分类和标记、原材料.技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本文件适用于以纸面石膏板、装饰石膏板、矿物棉装饰吸声板等轻质板材作饰面的非承重墙体和吊顶的建筑用轻钢龙骨。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
建筑用轻钢龙骨steel furring for building
以连续热镀锌钢板(带)或以连续热镀锌钢板(带)为基材的彩色涂层钢板(带)作原料,采用冷弯工艺生产的薄壁型钢。
注:简称“龙骨”。
3.2
墙体龙骨wall furring
用于墙体骨架的轻钢龙骨。
注:见图1。

覆面板材与龙骨固定时起支撑作用的配件。

用于吊顶的轻钢龙骨。

4分类和标记
4.1分类、代号和规格.
龙骨按安装方式分为墙体龙骨、吊顶龙骨、直卡式吊顶龙骨三种类别,按断面类型分为C型、CH型、F型、L型、T型、U型和V型。常见的龙骨产品分类及规格见表1,其他规格尺寸可由供需双方协商确定,其相关技术指标应符合相近规格产品的要求。

1 Scope
This document specifies the classification and marking, raw materials, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of steel furring for building.
This document is applicable to steel furring for building of non-load-bearing walls and ceilings with lightweight boards such as gypsum plasterboard, decorating gypsum board and mineral wool decorating and acoustic ceilings.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
steel furring for building
thin-walled steel produced by roll forming process using continuously hot-dip zinc steel sheet (strip) as raw material or using prepainted steel sheet (strip) as raw material while the continuously hot-dip zinc steel sheet (strip) as base material
Note: It is referred to as "furring" for short.

4 Classification and marking
4.1 Classification, codes and specifications
The furring is divided into three categories: wall furring, ceiling furring and straight-clip ceiling furring according to the installation methoddivided into C-type, CH-type, F-type, L-type, T-type, U-type and V-type according to the section type. The classification and specifications of common furring products are shown in Table 1. Other specifications and dimensions may be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the purchaser, and the relevant technical indicators shall meet the requirements of products with similar specifications.
