To facilitate foreign nationals visiting Jiangsu, we are now offering special visa convenience services for short-term visits by foreign businesspersons at the request of local enterprises.

为了方便外国人士访问江苏，我们现在为外国商务人士提供短期访问的特殊签证便利服务，这是应当地企业的要求。

1.Service Recipients

Foreign businesspersons who frequently visit Jiangsu for commercial and trade activities and contribute positively to Jiangsu's foreign economic and trade cooperation, as well as their spouses and children.

经常访问江苏进行商业和贸易活动，并对江苏的对外经济贸易合作做出积极贡献的外国商务人士，以及他们的配偶和子女。

(1)Enterprises compile the visa application requirements for inviting foreign businesspersons and their spouses and children to Jiangsu for a multiple-entry visa valid for 5 years, with a maximum stay of 180 days per visit, and submit the request to their local Foreign Affairs Office.

(1)企业编制邀请外国商务人士及其配偶和子女访问江苏的签证申请要求，申请有效期为5年、每次停留最长180天的多次入境签证，并将请求提交给当地外事办公室。

(2)The local Foreign Affairs Office forwards the request step-by-step to the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office. The Provincial Foreign Affairs Office issues an invitation letter for a 5-year multiple-entry visa with a 180-day stay per visit.

(2)当地外事办公室将请求逐级转交至省外事办公室。省外事办公室签发每次停留180天、有效期为5年的多次入境签证邀请函。

(3)The foreign nationals use the invitation letter (valid for 5 years, with a 180-day stay per visit) and other relevant documents to apply for a visa at a Chinese embassy or consulate.

(3)外国人士使用邀请函（有效期5年，每次停留180天）及其他相关文件，在中国大使馆或领事馆申请签证。

The Provincial Foreign Affairs Office processes the invitation letter within 3-5 working days at no charge.

省外事办公室在3-5个工作日内免费处理邀请函。
