Ma Xiaolin, a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and director of Henan Museum, emphasized that the recreation of traditional cultural IPs through an innovative "technology + storytelLing" model preserves cultural essence while infusing fresh vitality into heritage. He stated,'''Nezha 2' integrates elements such as the Yongding Tulou, Dunhuang murals, and museum artifacts into its scene design, while 'Black Myth: Wukong' meticulously restores numerous historical relics with 'nano-level' precision, allowing ancient culture to shine in modern society.'' Ma also noted that whether it is ''Black Myth: Wukong'' winning the prestigious TGA award or ''Nezha 2'' setting records in overseas markets, both demonstrate the superior communicative power of the "culture + technology" integration model, enabling cultural assets such as ancient architecture, artifacts, and mythology to gain global recognition.

2025年春节期间上映的动画电影《哪吒之魔童闹海》（以下简称《哪吒2》）刷新多项影史纪录，“东方魔童”风靡全球；2024年，游戏《黑神话：悟空》横空出世，引发海内外“西游热”，给山西古建筑带来“泼天流量”……中华优秀传统文化IP正借助数字技术焕发新生，加速走向全球。“文化+科技”也成了今年全国两会的热议话题。

全国政协委员、河南博物院院长马萧林认为传统文化IP通过“技术+叙事”的创新模式再创作，既能保留文化内涵，又能让传统文化焕发时代活力：“《哪吒2》将永定土楼、敦煌壁画、博物馆文物融入场景设计，《黑神话：悟空》‘纳米级’还原众多文物古迹，让古老文化在现代社会中焕发新魅力。”他还提及，无论是《黑神话：悟空》斩获TGA大奖，还是当前《哪吒2》在海外市场创下纪录，均证明“文化+科技”融合模式更具传播优势，能将古建筑、文物、神话等文化基因推向全球。

在全国政协委员、广东省文联专职副主席、广东粤剧院院长曾小敏看来，粤剧的传承不能仅停留在“守旧”上，更要通过创新吸引年轻观众。其代表作粤剧电影《白蛇传·情》将戏曲国风之美和电影特效艺术完美融合，正是科技赋能戏曲的代表作。她认为，应将人工智能等现代科技手段引入戏曲创作领域，如利用AI工具辅助剧本创作、利用虚拟现实技术重构舞台空间等，催生更多优质作品。

为1万多件文物铸造数字身份证，用3D复原清代冰雪盛会，参与故宫博物院、敦煌博物院的三维数字化建设……在全国人大代表、五邑大学中德人工智能研究院院长、四维时代科技创始人崔岩看来，科技为出圈的传统文化IP插上腾飞的翅膀，但要打造出圈的文化产品，首先要有好内容。

他认为要充分挖掘中国传统文化IP，例如“封神”“西游”“山海经”等近年火热的中华文化IP，这些都是宝贵的文化遗产。

谈及“文化+科技”的湾区优势，港区全国人大代表凌友诗表示：“大湾区既拥有走在世界前沿的科技力量，还孕育着丰富多元的传统文化。岭南武术、龙舟、醒狮等非遗以及众多岭南古建筑，展现出湾区深厚的历史积淀与文化多样性。”
