The China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair 2025 will serve as a platform for showcasing cutting-edge technologies, fostering business connections, and driving advancements in the technology trade sector, according to an announcement by the event organizer on March 4 during a pre-event warm-up session.

During the session, the Shanghai International Technology Import and Export Promotion Center, a co-organizer of the fair, signed a memorandum of understanding with four key organizations, including the Shanghai Intellectual Property Service Industry Association.

This agreement aims to establish a collaborative framework for strengthening cooperation in technology trade and talent services.

The signing of the memorandum marked a pivotal moment leading up to the CSITF 2025, which is slated to be held from June 11 to 13 at the Shanghai World Expo Convention and Exhibition Center.

This year's edition will feature 35,000 square meters of exhibition space and, for the first time, will introduce two distinct zones dedicated to technology transaction services and technology transaction promotion activities to enhance the overall ecosystem for the trading of technology.

To make progress toward this goal, the Shanghai International Technology Import and Export Promotion Center has announced plans to collaborate with a range of partners to launch five brand events centered around the CSITF.

These initiatives, in conjunction with more than 10 professional service activities scheduled throughout the year, are designed to facilitate a robust ecosystem for the trading of technology that supports innovation, collaboration, and growth within the industry.
