2024年秋，乖幺妹西兰卡普旗舰店面向参观者开放。从项目定位、资料整理到展陈逻辑、内容设定、展区设计、平面与标识，风合睦晨历时十几个月，在浩繁的细节工作中一点点深入西兰卡普的经纬中。

In the autumn of 2024, the Guaiyaomei Xilan Kapu flagship store welcomed visitors. From project positioning, data organization, exhibition logic, content setting, exhibition areadesign, to graphics and signage, YI+MU spent over several months meticulously diving into the intricacies of Xilan Kapu’s cultural threads, refining every detail.

伴随着对土家织锦非遗文化、新型商业空间、现代生活这三个要素的理解和探索，并结合场地特征与空间属性，以产品为核心的两层空间呈现土家织锦对当下城市生活的介入和理解，也一并激活了这项非遗文化的市场活力。

Accompanied by an exploration of the Tujia Brocade intangible cultural heritage, new commercial spaces, and modern living, and in alignment with the site characteristics and spatial attributes, the two-story space centers around products to showcase how Tujia Brocade integrates with and interprets contemporary urban life, while also activating the market vitality of this intangible cultural heritage.

风合睦晨创造出一个沉浸式的游园体验，从展示到售卖，人们将看到传统技艺与个体生活之间可能发生的连接并渴望拥抱它，将观览转化为购买力和传播力。更重要的是，西兰卡普背后的织女和企业得以切实地延续这项技艺的生命，这使得土家织锦博物馆也拥有了文化价值之外的多重意义。

YI+MU has created an immersive, garden-like experience that guides visitors from observation to purchase. Here, they discover the potential connections between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary life, inspiring a desire to embrace these elements. This transforms their visit into both purchasing power and cultural influence. Furthermore, the weavers and enterprises behind Xilan Kapu can sustainably preserve this craft, endowing the Tujia Brocade Museum with deeper significance that goes beyond cultural value alone.

旗舰店简洁开阔的当代体验将观览情绪变得愉悦舒朗。白色陈列架以黑色框线勾勒，如商业街通明的橱窗立面。从不同的角度观看，挑空立面与一层陈列区形成巧妙的穿插关系，商业街区的构成感使整个空间生态生动活跃。

The flagship store’s sleek, open, and contemporary design fosters an atmosphere of ease and delight.White display shelves, framed in black, resemble the illuminated storefronts of a bustling commercial street. Viewed from various angles, the open facades and first-floor display area create a dynamic interplay of spaces, capturing the lively essence of an urban district.

旗舰店内，白色展架与黑色框线变换演绎，构成丰富错落的陈列场景，材料和色彩的使用从始至终简洁克制，以衬托织锦的绚烂色彩。

Inside the flagship store, the combination of white shelves and black frames forms a rich and varied exhibition landscape. The deliberate simplicity of materials and colors throughout the space enhances the vibrant tones of the brocade.

彩色棉线纵横交错装饰展架上方，无论走到空间的那个角落，设计都在讲述从一根线到拥有万千变化的西兰卡普中间的奇旅。

Above the display shelves, colorful cotton threads crisscross, illustrating the remarkable journey from a single thread to the intricate, dynamic patterns of Xilan Kapu. No matter where you stand in the space, the design tells the story of this captivating transformation.

通过反向交错的两组楼梯打通垂直交通，从一层延续至二层的立面陈列架和室外风景将扶梯三面环绕，另外一侧朝向开敞的售卖区。

Two sets of reverse-staggered staircases facilitate seamless vertical circulation, while display shelves spanning from the first to the third floor, surrounding the staircases on three sides, while the fourth side opens into a spacious sales area.

西兰卡普展示区通过廊桥连接企业馆，由接待区、面料图书馆、草木染展示区、婚嫁区、织锦展示区等构成，全景式展现了西兰卡普从工艺到成品的瑰丽宇宙。设计以极大的自由度托起多样化的产品形式，多个展示区块彼此互望，不设实墙隔断，始终强调界面的开放与透明性。人们可以自由移动观览，在西兰卡普热烈丰富的纹样之海游走、沉浸。

The Xilan Kapu exhibition area connects to the Enterprise Pavilion via a corridor bridge, encompassing a reception area, fabric library, botanical dyeing display, wedding section, and brocade showcase—offering a panoramic view of Xilan Kapu’s intricate journey from craft to finished product. The design promotes fluidity, accommodating a variety of product formats within an open and transparent spatial layout. With no rigid partitions, the various exhibition zones visually connect, allowing visitors to freely explore and immerse themselves in the vibrant world of Xilan Kapu patterns.

空间受限于2.8米的标高，设计师在屋面铺设大量镜面削弱层高劣势。在镜面反射下，树状蓝色线性装置在垂直方向纵深生长，与近侧的产品和空间形成了魔幻现实的情绪对照。

Due to the 2.8-meter ceiling height limitation, the designers incorporated extensive mirrored surfaces on the roof to alleviate the sense of confinement. These reflections create a surreal interplay with tree-like blue linear installations that extend upward, contrasting the physical space with artistic expressions in a magical realist dialogue.

婚嫁区展示了西兰卡普在土家族传统婚嫁习俗中的应用。数万根红线牵拉出象征“巢”的立面与木墙相接。卧室空间背景前，设计师用纤细的钢结构框架展示传统婚嫁服装——白色PVC管经切割阵列错落，如和风吹过丰收的麦田。没有什么比土地和粮食更令人喜悦，人们不厌其烦地歌颂它们，也将它们织进心爱的西兰卡普。麦田和西兰卡普形成了一种寓意的互文，它们都是土家织女的生命源泉：热烈、浪漫、生生不息。

The wedding area showcases the application of Xilan Kapu in the traditional Tujia marriage customs. Several red threads stretch to form a facade symbolizing the "nest," connecting with wooden walls. Against the bedroom backdrop, the designer uses slender steel frames to display traditional wedding attire—white PVC pipes, cut and arranged in a staggered pattern, resembling the gentle breeze sweeping through a bountiful wheat field. Nothing brings more joy than the land and its harvest. People tirelessly sing their praises and weave them into their beloved Xilan Kapu.

由红过渡到蓝，如同在三维的织锦中穿行，展区接连转换。垂吊的金属软网用以展陈尺寸较狭长的织锦布样，下方以深色镜面地台反射承托，织锦丰富热烈的色彩在现代材料的对比下更加令人动容。艺术表现、产品陈列、生活场景再现，产品展示中通过将多个界面打通互联，使产品成为织锦艺术和馆藏的一部分而存在。

Transitioning from red to blue, the exhibit immerses visitors in a three-dimensional brocade landscape. Suspended metal mesh panels display long-format brocade samples, with dark mirrored platforms below reflecting their intricate patterns. The striking contrast between the vibrant colors of Xilan Kapu and modern materials heightens the emotional and artistic resonance of the display. By intertwining art, product display, and everyday life, the space seamlessly incorporates products into the narrative of brocade artistry and cultural preservation.

就此，旗舰店拥有了集现代商业、非遗文化和流行生活方式为一体的复合解决方案，在张家界这个拥有独特地域风貌的旅游城市，是从未有过的一次开创性实践。

Thus, the flagship store presents a comprehensive solution that integrates modern commerce, intangible cultural heritage, and contemporary lifestyle. In Zhangjiajie, a unique tourist city with distinctive regional characteristics, this is an unprecedented pioneering endeavor.

长远看来，如果能持续投入运营和维护，这样的复杂算法才真正可能实现土家织锦文化价值与商业价值之间的动态平衡，从而也让这项技艺更长久、更鲜活地存在下去。而这正是风合睦晨希望通过他们的设计想要达成的目标和实现的愿望。

In the long run, if sustained investment in operation and maintenance is provided, such a complex formula may truly achieve a dynamic balance between the cultural and commercial values of Tujia Brocade, ensuring that this craft continues to thrive and remain vibrant for years to come. This is exactly the goal and aspiration YI+MU aims to achieve through their design.
