近日,一男子自称“在某机关工作,年收入35万到40万”的相亲视频遭质疑。

The Chengdu police on Tuesday announced the detention of six individuals involved in the production of staged dating videos. In these videos, a man claims to work for a government agency with an annual income of 350,000 to 400,000 yuan.

在一段视频中,相亲男称定居山西太原。记者注意到,视频下方的评论均质疑该男子身份的真实性。

Besides fabricating a high-salary position in the government, the man’s residency is also made up, with one video claiming he lives in Taiyuan, Shanxi province and another asserting he resides in Chengdu, Sichuan province, despite the videos’ settings and scripts being nearly identical.

而该男子在另一段相亲视频中称,自己定居在成都。

上述两段视频均为同一男子、同一场景,只是工作、定居地址不同,话术几乎一致。

3月11日,记者通过平台查询发现,原视频已经找不到了。13日,成都市公安局武侯区分局发布警情通报,表示视频系摆拍,6人已被行拘。

为何虚假摆拍视频仍然屡禁不止

中国人民大学新闻与社会发展中心研究员曾持介绍,相比于大众传播时代大多数信息是由专业媒体机构生产,现在互联网中更多信息是由私人“贡献”的,内容是自己的见闻、意见、臆想、创作。这些信息不以可靠、真实为特征,而是标识着个性。一些人想让自己的信息从如此多类似的个性化信息中脱颖而出,就可能会去迎合舆论,乃至捏造虚构。传播广泛的信息不一定真实,但一定符合大众认知与情感。

北京瀛和律师事务所合伙人戴金花律师认为,目前对虚假摆拍视频的处罚力度较弱。现行法律法规虽对虚假信息传播有所约束,但对于自媒体新闻号、营销号跨平台传播虚假新闻,缺乏精准且有力的惩处细则。

Dai Jinhua, a partner at Beijing Yinghe Law Firm, said that the current penalties for creating and disseminating staged videos are insufficient. While laws and regulations addressing the spread of false information do exist, there is a lack of precise and stringent measures to tackle the cross-platform dissemination of fake news by self-media accounts and marketing channels.

治理虚假摆拍乱象,迫在眉睫

中国新闻网评论称,自媒体通过“摆拍引流—圈粉涨粉—直播带货”的路径实现利益链闭环,摆拍屡禁不止的根源在于网络时代的“流量至上”逻辑,流量变现回报大、违法成本低。因此,整治摆拍乱象迫在眉睫,需要监管、平台、媒体、公众等多方协同,形成治理合力,从上中下游入手彻底斩断摆拍黑灰产的利益链条。

The proliferation of staged videos, driven by the lucrative "traffic-first" logic of the internet era and fueled by high returns from traffic monetization and low legal risks, makes curbing such practices challenging. Effectively addressing this issue requires a collaborative effort involving regulators, platforms, media and the public, targeting the entire supply chain.
