2025年3月20日下午3点，中国水业集团（以下简称“水业集团”）与印尼三宝垄县（Semarang Regency）摄政王在当地正式签订了TPA Blondo垃圾填埋场综合治理谅解备忘录（Memorandum of understanding），合作内容包括垃圾填埋场填埋气发电、填埋场运营及渗滤液处理综合治理项目。
At 3 PM on March 20, 2025, China Water Industry Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CWI") officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Comprehensive Management of the TPA Blondo Landfill with the Regent of Semarang Regency in Indonesia. The cooperation covers landfill gas power generation, landfill operation, and comprehensive treatment of leachate.

三宝垄县Semarang Regency位于印尼中爪哇省的北部，此次签订的垃圾填埋场综合治理及资源利用项目，将充分利用当地填埋场的垃圾资源，通过先进的填埋气发电技术和渗滤液处理工艺，实现资源的循环利用和环境的可持续发展。
Semarang Regency, located in the northern part of Central Java, Indonesia, will leverage the local landfill resources through this comprehensive landfill management and resource utilization project. Advanced landfill gas power generation technology and leachate treatment processes will be employed to achieve resource recycling and environmental sustainability.
该项目不仅是集团在海外项目开发中的首个绿地开发项目，也是集团实现海外战略转型的重要里程碑。项目建成后，不仅能有效解决当地垃圾处理问题，还能为周边地区提供绿色、清洁的能源，同时每年可减少温室气体排放。
This project marks CWI's first greenfield development overseas and represents a significant milestone in the company's overseas strategic transformation. Upon completion, it will not only effectively address local waste disposal issues but also provide green and clean energy to surrounding areas, while reducing greenhouse gas emissions annually.
签约仪式在Semarang Regency政府大楼隆重举行，Semarang Regency的摄政王（NGESTI NUGRAHA）、环保局负责人及相关政府办公室人员、水业集团海外事业部总经理、印尼项目公司负责人及团队出席了此次仪式。仪式上，双方代表签署了合作协议，并对项目的未来前景表示了高度期待和信心。
The signing ceremony was held grandly at the Semarang Regency Government Building, attended by the Regent of Semarang Regency (NGESTI NUGRAHA), heads of the Environmental Protection Agency and relevant government offices, the General Manager of CWI's Overseas Business Department, and the head and team of the Indonesian project company. During the ceremony, representatives from both sides signed the cooperation agreement and expressed high expectations and confidence in the project's future prospects.
