On March 25th, the press conference for the "China National Coffee Industry Expo & Foshan GALA Coffee Festival 2025" was held at the Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center in Foshan. The expo is set to take place from April 29th to May 3rd in Hall Five. With a 10,000 square meter exhibition space, the event is expected to attract 50,000 visitors. As the first professional coffee industry trade show in South China covering the entire supply chain, it combines exhibition with a coffee festival, creating a platform for trade, cultural exchange, and immersive experiences.
China's coffee market has been expanding rapidly, reaching a total value of 623.5 billion yuan in 2023 and projected to exceed 1 trillion yuan by 2025. Foshan, one of the world's largest hubs for coffee machine production and marketing, contributes 65% of China's total output, while Shunde has earned the title of "Global Capital of Coffee Machines."
Leveraging its industrial strengths, the expo integrates resources across the entire coffee supply chain, covering ten key sectors such as raw materials and coffee roasters, showcasing China's latest innovations in the coffee industry. The event introduces an innovative format, featuring a two-day professional exhibition followed by a three-day coffee festival to cater to both business and consumer audiences. The professional exhibition area will bring together leading brands across the supply chain, utilizing a targeted buyer invitation system to facilitate business matchmaking.
A diverse array of events will take place during the expo, including industry forums, product launch events, and interactive experiences like DIY coffee grounds soap-making. Visitors can also participate in stamp-collecting activities, barista skill contests, and coffee-roasting competitions. Additionally, 10,000 free cups of coffee will be distributed to attendees, who can take part in over ten different coffee-themed experiences, immersing themselves in the vibrant coffee culture and aesthetic lifestyle.

3月25日，“2025全国咖啡产业博览会暨佛山GALA咖啡节”新闻发布会，在佛山潭洲国际会展中心举行。本届博览会将于4月29日至5月3日在5号馆举办。博览会规模1万平方米，预计吸引5万人次。作为华南首个咖啡全产业链专业展会，它以“展+节”双模式，搭建交流、贸易与文化体验平台。
当下，中国咖啡行业市场规模持续扩张，2023年达6235亿元，预计2025年破万亿元。佛山作为全球最大咖啡机产销基地之一，贡献全国65%的咖啡机产量，顺德更有“全球咖啡机之乡”美誉。
依托产业优势，本次博览会整合全产业链资源，覆盖咖啡原材料、烘焙设备等十大领域，展示中国咖啡产业的创新实力。创新采用“前2天专业展+后3天咖啡节”模式，兼顾B端和C端需求。专业展区聚集产业链龙头品牌，通过精准买家邀约机制，促进企业对接。
