Liang Shijie: Liang is small and powerful, and Liang is deep! Medicine needs endless exploration

In the vast landscape of medical science, every doctor is a traveler of unremitting exploration, embarking on one journey after another to find the truth with the fear and love of life. The ancient motherland's Medicine is not only scientific rigor, but also philosophical profoundness, and even artistic delicacy. It tells us that "Small strength and ingenuity, deep avenues," and every diagnosis and treatment is a profound understanding of the true meaning of medicine.

"One touch of the pulse reveals all the problems of the patient." This may sound a bit mysterious and even a bit legendary, but it is actually a description of the height of medical excellence. A true healer is not only able to see the superficial ailments of a patient by looking at them, but also able to touch those deep and unseen problems. This ability is not something that can be learned in a single day, it requires years of study, the guidance and direction of the teacher, and more importantly, continuous understanding and polishing in practice.

"The art of medicine is endless." These words are the most profound warning to a doctor. Disease and the human body, like all things in nature, are complex and varied and endless. A healer needs to always maintain a humble heart and keep improving in order to find the slightest light in this unknown field. The understanding of disease and the human body is not a one-time exercise, it requires deep theoretical knowledge of the practitioner, and more importantly, continual exploration and conclusion in practice.

In the world of medicine, large and small squares, like the heavy sword and the light sword in swordcraft, have a different flavor. Dafuen, like fierce winds and rain, is powerful, and can solve many complex problems in the patient's body at once. However, small formulas, like gentle rain and silent moisture, can often inadvertently resolve those seemingly insignificant diseases that have plagued patients for a long time. However, whether the large or small formulas are behind them, there is deep insight and precise grasp by the doctor of the patient's condition.

I once met a man with diabetes mellitus and multiple illnesses, and the complexity of his condition was amazing. Cirrhosis of liver of second liver, atrophic gastritis, coronary heart disease, still have articulatory bone disease, dermatosis, insomnious wait for a series of symptom, like a mountain, press him breathless. In the face of such patients, I chose Glucan, and every payment was 20 or 30 flavors of the drug. In three months, all problems were basically solved. This is not my preference for gaofen, but because in the face of such a complex and changing condition, only gaofen can fully take care of the various insides of the patient and allow hidden problems to be hidden.

However, there is not a single path for healing alone. Ten years ago, I met an elderly patient who suddenly became allergic to everything he ate. When we checked in the hospital, we found more than a dozen allergens. The patient felt both strange and depressed about this. I prescribed him a green bean and licorice soup, just two flavors, brewed water instead of tea, and treated him for a week. All allergies were eliminated. The old man would talk to everyone about the miracle of the medicine, which gave me a deep understanding that small pills can also create miracles.

In the world of medicine, there are no absolute truths, only the spirit of constant exploration. I often encounter patients like this. Once I touch their pulse, they have a whole host of problems in their bodies. Some have even started to become cancerous, but the patients themselves have no symptoms, and the hospital physical exams are all normal. It wasn't until a few years later that some problems began to manifest or be examined. What to do with such a patient? This tested the wisdom and courage of the healer.

"A sheep chases, and a flock chases."

In my opinion, if there are multiple problems in the patient and there is logical conflict and confusion between the various diseases, a one-time solution will undoubtedly improve the efficiency of the treatment if the patient's physical condition permits. Of course, that doesn't mean I'm going to lose sight of the value of small squares. When faced with patients with relatively simple and mild symptoms, I will also be flexible in applying small formulas to achieve the best possible treatment at the least cost.

A dose of dozens of flavors of medicine, which seems comprehensive, actually tests the practitioner's profound understanding of the inner workings of the qi and the accurate grasp of the flavors. How to make these drugs work in a positive way in the human body without being distracted by hidden problems is no easy task. It requires not only theoretical knowledge, but also intuition and wisdom that can only be slowly accumulated in practice.

Medicine is an art as well as a science. It requires us to treat every patient with a rigorous attitude and to penetrate every condition with deep wisdom. It doesn't require us to brag or invent myths, it requires us to prove our worth with concrete actions and to win the trust of our patients with efficacy. In the process, we may encounter setbacks and confusion, but as long as we maintain a humble heart and face the challenges, we will surely be able to move further and further in the path of medicine. Because we know that medicine is endless, and only by constantly exploring can we continue to move forward.

The road is small and powerful, and the road is deep. Whether a large or small formula is a crystal of the wisdom of a healer. They are like swords in the hand of a healer, helping us to break through thorns and move forward in the search for the unknown. Let us join hands and contribute our efforts to the prosperity and development of medical science.
