4月15日，应欧盟驻华代表团邀请，乌克兰驻华大使馆临时代办张娜·列亲斯卡女士出席了欧盟使团团长与欧洲政治共同体（EUropean Political Community, EPC）大使联席会议。比利时驻华大使安博宁出席了会议。

列亲斯卡女士介绍了中乌关系及乌克兰当前局势，包括近期俄罗斯对克里沃罗格和苏梅两市的弹道导弹袭击，造成包括多名儿童在内的大量平民伤亡。

俄罗斯对乌克兰的侵略公然违反了《联合国宪章》和国际法。欧盟强烈谴责俄罗斯对乌克兰人口稠密地区发动的肆意袭击，这些袭击持续造成平民伤亡。克里姆林宫继续表明其对和平毫无兴趣，并决心摧毁乌克兰。

无论需要多长时间，欧盟都将继续竭尽所能地支持乌克兰。

On 15 April, at the invitation of the EU Delegation to China, the Chargé d’Affaires of the Ukrainian Embassy in Beijing, Ms Zhanna Leshchynska, attended a joint meeting of EU Heads of Mission and Ambassadors of the European Political Community (EPC). Mr. Bruno Angelet, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to China participated in the meeting.

Ms Leshchynska gave a briefing on Ukraine – China relations and the current situation in Ukraine, including recent Russian ballistic missile attacks on the cities of Kryvyi Rih and Sumy, which resulted in significant civilian casualties, including many children.

Russia’s aggression against Ukraine is a blatant violation of the UN Charter and international law. The European Union strongly condemns Russia’s reckless attacks on populated areas across Ukraine that continue to cause civilians casualties. The Kremlin continues to show that it has no interest in peace and is determined to destroy Ukraine.

The European Union will continue to support Ukraine with whatever it takes, for as long as it takes.
