For college students, job decision is a problem we must face and consider. With the awakening of self-awareness, more and more people can make decisions independently, and more and more factors need to be considered. I suppose we all have been troubled by it. Today I would like to share with you my views on job decision.

First of all, subjective condition is the most important factor. The candidates themselves should have a certain understanding of their hobbies and abilities. We can deepen the understanding of the two through different practice and evaluation.

When your ability is recognized and you find the meaning of the job, you can consider the external factors. In terms of material conditions, most people are concerned about the salary and welfare provided by the employer. A reasonable salary gives people a sense of accomplishment to support them to work.

What's more, in terms of spiritual conditions, enterprise culture and working atmosphere are important factors to meet people's psychological needs. Finding a sense of security at work can reduce the negative emotions brought about by work.

In a word, there are plentiful reasons for job decision, don't reverse the primary and secondary, but grasp the core elements. Before making a choice, we’d better participate in practice and move towards the goal. I wish you all a bright future.
