Recently, Ma Hao and Guo Yongli, power service employees of State Grid Jiaxian Power Supply Company, came to Jiaxian Modern Kitchenware Industrial Park in Pingdingshan City to conduct customer visits to enterprises in the park. They assisted customers in conducting electricity inspections of high and low voltage distribution equipment, and helped enterprises test the operational reliability of relay protection devices.
Jiaxian Modern Kitchenware Industrial Park is the largest cast iron pot production base and distribution center in China, with more than 60 iron pot and supporting enterprises. It produces over 70 million cast iron pots annually, with an annual output value of over 1.8 billion yuan. On average, nearly 200000 iron pots are exported to the world from here every day.
Henan Yuding Cookware Co., Ltd. is a local private enterprise that specializes in the research and sales of cast iron pots. In recent years, the company has taken the lead in introducing various large-scale electrical equipment to cast iron pots. The production efficiency of iron pots has increased by 30%, energy consumption has decreased by 80%, and the yield rate has increased to 99.5%. The product quality has been widely recognized by the market. But as the power of equipment increases from tens of kilowatts to hundreds of kilowatts, higher requirements have been put forward for power supply capacity and reliability.
In order to solve the problem of industrial development, State Grid Pingdingshan Power Supply Company focuses on the development needs of local characteristic industries, systematically constructs a coordinated development model of "power guarantee industrial upgrading green transformation", implements the 110 kV Luzhai substation capacity expansion and renovation project, adds a total substation capacity of 100 megavolt amperes, and sets up 11 10 kV lines for the industrial park, with a total length of 73 kilometers. It also builds dynamic reactive power compensation devices and intelligent distribution automation systems, and innovatively adopts a flexible supply guarantee solution of "line interconnection+emergency power generation vehicles". At present, the reliability index of power supply has been improved to 99.99%, achieving a 100% voltage qualification rate during peak load periods.
Power supply is guaranteed, and products have strength. In recent years, the local cast iron pot industry has completed 7 technological innovations, and cast iron pots are exported to more than 20 countries and regions. The annual electricity consumption of the park exceeds 130 million kilowatt hours, reducing standard coal consumption by about 60000 tons and carbon dioxide emissions by about 160000 tons annually.
Henan Xuxin Cookware Co., Ltd., as a relatively "young" cast iron pot production enterprise, has an annual output of 1 million cast iron pots and a sales revenue of 8 million yuan. In 2024, the company plans to expand its production line in order to open up domestic and international markets. After learning about the customer's demand for electricity capacity expansion, State Grid Pingdingshan Power Supply Company quickly took action to open up a "green channel" for power supply, simplifying the power supply process through "one click installation". From receiving the installation application to completing on-site investigation, to formulating the power transmission plan and collaborating with the company's technical personnel to complete equipment debugging, the 630 kVA electricity capacity expansion was successfully completed in just 14 working days.
To ensure that enterprises have access to fast and efficient electricity, State Grid Pingdingshan Power Supply Company regularly conducts "one-on-one" customer visits and electricity inspections for cast iron pot enterprises, optimizes "three zero" and "three provinces" services, helps enterprises analyze their own electricity consumption situation, assists industrial transformation and upgrading, and continues to transform the advantages of electricity factors into the core driving force for promoting high-quality development of local characteristic industries. Since 2020, a total of 598 high-pressure new installation and capacity expansion services have been handled for county-level cast iron pot enterprises, with a capacity of 41800 kVA.
