窄板辅助进料装置 Narrow parts

通过滑动组件与定位板的协同作用，支持最小宽度40mm的窄板进料，确保窄板边缘与封边带精确对齐，保障窄板稳定进入到封边机。

Through the synergy of the sliding assembly and the positioning plate, it supports the feeding of narrow boards with a minimum width of 40 mm, ensures that the edge of the narrow board is accurately aligned with the edge banding strip, and ensures that the narrow board can enter the edge banding machine stably.

PART 02

预铣 Pre-milling

通过高速旋转的金刚石刀具对板材边缘进行铣削，去除切割后的毛刺和残留胶层，避免了封边带与板材接触面的杂质干扰，确保胶水渗透均匀，提升封边粘合强度。

Milled by a high-speed rotating diamond tool to remove the burrs and residual glue layer after cutting, avoiding the interference of impurities on the contact surface between the edge banding and the plate, ensuring uniform glue penetration and improving the edge banding bonding strength.

PART 03

双修边 Double trimming

1.粗修采用靠模和高频高速电机，用于修整板材上下多余的封边材料，保证上下部分平整光滑；

Rough trimming uses a template and high-frequency high-speed motor to trim excess edge banding materials on the upper and lower parts of the plate to ensure that the upper and lower parts are flat and smooth;

2.精修采用R修边刀，为板材封边条修出弧度。

The R trimming knife is used for fine trimming to create a curvature for the edge banding of the board.

PART 04

断丝 Off-cut

断丝装置通过机械夹持或切割动作，在刮边后立即切断残丝，保护设备核心部件，可防止残丝卡入刀轴、导轨等精密部件，降低异常摩擦导致的设备损耗，延长使用寿命。

The off cut device cuts off the residual wire immediately after scraping through mechanical clamping or cutting action, protecting the core components of the equipment and preventing the residual wire from getting stuck in the knife shaft, guide rails and other precision components, reducing equipment loss caused by abnormal friction and extending service life.

浮动平刮 Floating flat scraper

浮动平刮采用弹簧系统为压板提供动态压力，通过距离微调器调节弹簧压力，使刮刀对不同厚度的板材施加均匀压力，避免因压力过大导致板材损伤或胶线残留，灵活适配0.4-3mm厚度的封边带。

The floating flat scraper uses a spring system to provide dynamic pressure for the pressure plate. The spring pressure is adjusted by the distance fine-tuner to make the scraper apply uniform pressure to the plates of different thicknesses, avoiding damage.

PART 06

双抛光 Double buffing

抛光轮通过高速旋转，彻底去除封边过程中残留的胶水颗粒和切削碎屑，对封边带表面进行物理研磨，消除刮边工序遗留的细微刀痕或波纹，使封边端面呈现镜面效果，增强家具的视觉质感。

The buffing device rotates at high speed to completely remove the glue particles and cutting debris left in the edge banding process, physically grind the edge banding surface, eliminate the fine knife marks or ripples left in the scraping process, make the edge banding end surface present a mirror effect, and enhance the visual texture of the furniture.
