"Jade Plate" is adapted from the original song "Wen Yue", produced by Sichuan-based music label "Hulu Children's Voices." On January 28, during the 2025 CCTV Spring Festival Gala, the Niuniu Choir and others performed the song with pure, ethereal children's voices, presenting it to audiences nationwide. Since then, multiple versions of "Jade Plate" have emerged online.
近期，歌曲词曲作者谭淇尹应邀对《玉盘》进行了二次创作，突出了歌曲的航天元素。如在歌曲A2部分，将原歌曲“玉盘玉盘，太白和眼睛谁比较璀璨？”改为“玉盘玉盘，那北斗为谁斟一觞？”。对此，谭淇尹解释说，相较于原版对月相的好奇，此处将北斗导航系统转化为中国式待客之道：化用于短歌行的“北斗斟一觞”，是卫星斟给所有探测器和宇宙行舟的星光酒。
Recently, the song’s composer and lyricist, Tan Qiyin, was invited to rework "Jade Plate", emphasizing aerospace themes. For instance, the original lyrics “Jade plate, jade plate, which shines brighter, Venus or your eyes?” were revised to “Jade plate, jade plate, for whom does the Beidou pour a cup?” Tan explained that compared to the original’s curiosity about moon phases, the new version transforms the Beidou Navigation System into a symbol of Chinese-style hospitality.
就在当天，谭淇尹也带着“葫芦童声”的几名孩子从成都到西昌，与6名妞妞合唱团成员，和西昌卫星发射中心的多名孩子，一起演绎了这首《玉盘·航天特别版》。拍摄现场，孩子们声音嘹亮，脸上洋溢着童真的笑容。
On the same day, Tan Qiyin brought several children from "Hulu Children's Voices" from Chengdu to Xichang, where they joined six members of the Niuniu Choir and several local children from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center to perform the Aerospace Edition of "Jade Plate." The children sang loudly and joyfully, glowing with innocent smiles.
参加今年春晚之后，妞妞合唱团受到越来越多的关注。合唱团负责人吉布小龙介绍，这次参加《玉盘·航天特别版》录制的6名孩子，都参加过今年春晚演出。合唱团现有成员42人，如果算上已经小学毕业的成员，已有300多人。这些孩子们通过音乐，认识了越来越多的朋友，增长了见识，也更加活泼开朗了。
Since their appearance in this year’s Spring Festival Gala, the Niuniu Choir has received growing attention. Choir director Jibu Xiaolong shared that all six children participating in this new version had performed in the Gala. The choir currently has 42 members, and counting alumni who have graduated from primary school, it has had over 300 participants. Through music, the children have made new friends and gained valuable experiences.

Reflecting on the invitation to record the song and visit the Xichang Satellite Launch Center, Jibu Xiaolong expressed his deep appreciation: “Being part of the song’s Aerospace Edition is incredibly meaningful. Solute to our space heroes!”
“参加合唱团之后，我变得自信、开朗、勇敢了。”合唱团成员土毕么你合说，以前她都不敢上台，是小龙老师一直鼓励她、教育她。她现在唱得也越来越好，去年还当上了合唱团的队长。
“After joining the choir, I’ve become more confident and brave,” said choir member Tubi Monihe. She used to be afraid of going on stage, but with continued encouragement and guidance from Mr Xiaolong, her singing has greatly improved. Last year, she even became the choir captain.
“音乐给了孩子们梦想，孩子们一定会乘着音乐的翅膀，飞向更大的世界，也愿音乐一直伴随孩子们成长。”活动结束后，吉布小龙说。
“Music gives children dreams,” Jibu Xiaolong said at the end of the event. “With the wings of music, these children will fly to a bigger world. May music always accompany them as they grow.”
