The second installment of the Q&A on Jiangsu Province’s Auto Trade-In Subsidy Program has been officially released, clarifying that individuals holding the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Residence Permits for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Residents, or the Foreigner’s Permanent Residence ID Card are all eligible to apply for the province’s vehicle trade-in and upgrade subsidy.
