OURIO-噢哩触豆位于浙江宁波,是宁波首家全热风自烘咖啡工坊店,也是我们的第二次合作。作为一个有着极高自我追求的咖啡品牌,OURIO 噢哩咖啡对新店有着更大的野心与渴望,他们试图影响甚至引领宁波的咖啡文化,为此他们采购了宁波首台 LINKBAR 全自动奶泡机以及 IMF 全热风烘焙机等行业内极其专业的设备。
OURIO Coffee .is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang. It is the first full hot-air self-roasting coffee workshop in Ningbo and also marks our second collaboration. As a coffee brand with high self-expectations, OURIO has greater ambition and desire for its new store. They aim to influence and even lead the coffee culture in Ningbo. To achieve this, they have purchased Ningbo's first LINKBAR fully automatic milk frother and IMF full hot-air roasting machine, among other highly professional equipment in the industry.
作为空间设计方,我们一直很希望与愿力极强的业主合作,至少在精力和成本的投入上,双方一定是会保持在同样的频道上。为了达到更好的区域影响力,我们从经营模式、文化输出、场景思考以及环保可持续都做了深入的思考。
As the space design partner, we have always hoped to collaborate with highly motivated clients. At the very least, in terms of energy and cost investment, both parties will definitely be on the same wavelength. To achieve greater regional influence, we have conducted in-depth thinking on business models, cultural output, scene planning, and environmental sustainability.
OURIO-噢哩触豆室内空间
咖啡一直以来都是以一种西方舶来品的形象出现在中国,以星巴克为首大多数的咖啡空间也会一致性的以西式的装饰风格来表达咖啡文化,其中以工业风或者精致商务风尤为多见。当我们需要让一个品牌空间在所在城市内做到引领,我们的目标以及视野并不会只局限在城市内,我们的内心是希望可以达到在整个国内咖啡领域也要做到独树一帜。这样的状态也是我们做项目的日常状态。
Coffee has always been seen as a Western import in China, and most coffee spaces, led by Starbucks, consistently express coffee culture through Western-style décor, with industrial or refined business styles being particularly common. When we aim to make a brand space lead the way in its city, our goals and vision are not limited to just the city. Deep down, we hope to set a unique standard in the entire domestic coffee industry. This is the mindset we carry with us in every project we undertake.
咖啡的发展与渗透已经渗透到我们的日常之中,这种高速的发展也需要作为中国传统文化下成长的我们去停下来思考:什么才是适合东方的咖啡空间。我们也希望可以通过空间设计的介入,去改变这种完全以西式文化氛围呈现的咖啡空间制式。从空间形式的概念到整体的氛围,都希望传达出一种东方的气质。
The development and penetration of coffee have already become a part of our daily lives. This rapid growth also calls for us, who have grown up in traditional Chinese culture, to pause and reflect: What truly defines a coffee space suitable for the East? Through the intervention of spatial design, we hope to change the format of coffee spaces that are entirely presented through a Western cultural atmosphere. From the concept of spatial form to the overall ambiance, we aim to convey an Eastern temperament.

项目位于一个科技办公产业园区,一路之隔的是体育运动公园。不管是匆忙的职场人还是暴汗后的运动爱好者,都需要一个停下来的空间。城市的快节奏推动者经济的发展,也推动者我们持续不断的投入到永不停息的事务中。不管是身体还是心理,我们都需要适时的停下来,去给自己一个放空的间隙,去吸纳更大的力量与勇气去面对现实的世界。
The project is located in a tech office park, with a sports park just across the road. Whether it's the busy professionals or the athletes after an intense workout, both need a space to pause and rest. The fast-paced rhythm of the city drives economic growth, but it also pushes us to constantly immerse ourselves in an endless cycle of tasks. Whether physically or mentally, we all need to pause at the right moment, create a gap to clear our minds, and absorb greater strength and courage to face the challenges of the real world.
劳累的身体,需要停下来放松;高压的精神,需要停下来放空;有追求的咖啡品牌,也需要停下来思考行业的可能性。
A tired body needs to stop and relax; a stressed mind needs to pause and clear itself; a coffee brand with aspirations also needs to take a moment to reflect on the possibilities within the industry.
停留,是为了更好的出发。我们以“停留”为主题概念,将东方文化中的行旅元素融入空间,置于自然之间的歇脚亭与文人行路必备的书笈成为了我们空间形式的演变主体。
Stopping is a step toward a better departure. With "stopping" as our central theme, we integrate elements of travel from Eastern culture into the space. The rest pavilions nestled in nature and the scholar's essential traveling trunk, the book box, become the primary elements in the evolution of our spatial design.
咖啡亭灵感来源
亭,古人休憩停留的建筑物。我们将这个再平常不过的形式,经由现代手法的简化演绎,植入空间中作为咖啡操作台的主体形式,有“停留”的寓意,也可以成为空间的焦点并聚拢人气。
A pavilion, an ancient structure for rest and relaxation. We have reinterpreted this seemingly ordinary form through modern simplification and incorporated it into the space as the main structure of the coffee bar. It carries the meaning of "staying" and also serves as a focal point, drawing people in and gathering attention within the space.

可拆解的建造逻辑,提高了建造的效率,还可以在未来需要的时候完整拆除并进行异地重新建造。于此同时也从建造逻辑上回应了传统中式建筑的建造形式。
The modular construction logic improves building efficiency and allows for complete dismantling and relocation if needed in the future. At the same time, it responds to the construction methods of traditional Chinese architecture from a conceptual standpoint.
专业的咖啡设备
当客人围坐在咖啡亭边,观看咖啡师精心制作咖啡的过程,咖啡成为沟通的纽带,亭子则成为互动的空间载体,一种通透但又聚焦的空间形式。
When guests gather around the coffee pavilion, watching the barista carefully craft each cup of coffee, coffee becomes a bridge for communication. The pavilion, in turn, becomes a space for interaction—a transparent yet focused spatial form that enhances the experience.
多功能小车灵感来源
笈,古代文人书生背在身上用来收纳行李和书籍的箱子。我们从行旅的文人器物中找寻到了这一精妙绝伦的物件,它功能多样、可开可合、可挡雨又可成为坐具。我们希望将这样的形态带入到空间中,去承载品牌在空间中的未来发展之路。
The 笈 (Ji) is an ancient trunk used by scholars to carry luggage and books. We have drawn inspiration from this exquisite object used by traveling scholars, which is multifunctional, capable of opening and closing, shielding from rain, and even serving as a seat. We hope to bring this form into the space, symbolizing the future development path of the brand within the environment.

多功能小车,底部带有可移动可固定的万向轮。工作人员可以轻松将它推到任何需要的场地之中,品牌出现的场景可能性也变多了。日常状态是店内空间的展示收纳及空间隔断,可以是店外道路边的迎客台,也可以成为市集的摊位,还可以去到咖啡节成为摊位。根据场地的大小,还可以形成多样化的摊位组合形式。
The multifunctional cart is equipped with movable and lockable caster wheels at the bottom. Staff can easily push it to any required location, expanding the possibilities of where the brand can appear. In its daily use, it serves as a display and storage solution within the store, as well as a space divider. It can be placed as a welcoming counter by the roadside, set up as a booth at a market, or even used as a stall at a coffee festival. Depending on the size of the space, it can be arranged into various booth configurations.

在店面外部的入口处,我们以石材为主,甚至置入了一块巨大的原石作为标识的一部分。我们希望这种未经雕琢的原石可以与周围现代商务的气息拉开距离感,如同进入自然的山间一般,以一种拙朴自然的状态驱除体验者内心的纷扰。
At the entrance of the store, we primarily use stone, even incorporating a large raw stone as part of the signage. We hope this unpolished stone can create a sense of contrast with the surrounding modern business atmosphere, much like entering a natural mountain area. It aims to create a simple and natural state that calms the inner turmoil of those experiencing the space.

温润的木质,半透的布艺,拙朴的原石,空间中的材质均以一种柔和低调的姿态存在于空间之中,与东方文化的谦逊内敛达成了一种精神上的契合。
The warm wood, semi-transparent fabric, and unrefined raw stone—all materials in the space exist with a gentle and understated presence. They harmonize with the humility and restraint of Eastern culture, achieving a spiritual resonance.

当下的商业,形态多变、模式多样,层出不穷的线下活动也对空间提出了更多的要求。我们从空间构思初始,就将可移动可变换可组合的想法进行前置。减少一切面客区的固定造型,以一种轻介入的形式打造空间。一切的座位都可以移动和组合,空间的远端也预留了LED屏幕,以面对未来的活动场景。再加之可随意移动变换的小车,更让空间的可能性得到了极大的拓展。
In today’s business world, forms are ever-changing, and models are diverse, with an endless stream of offline activities placing greater demands on space. From the very beginning of our spatial concept, we prioritized ideas of mobility, flexibility, and modularity. We minimized fixed designs in customer-facing areas, opting for a light-touch approach to create the space. All seating is movable and can be reconfigured, and the far end of the space is reserved for an LED screen, ready for future event scenarios. Additionally, the movable and adaptable cart further expands the possibilities of the space.

大型的多人活动、小型的品牌活动、mini 的主题市集等等,都可以在很少量的移动工作量下完成场景的搭建。
Large-scale events, small brand activations, mini themed markets, and more can all be set up with minimal effort, allowing the space to adapt quickly to different scenarios with very little rearranging.

为了去匹配专业烘焙工坊的品牌定位,我们将热风,我们将 IMF 全热风烘焙机置于进入空间的第一视角。让客户感受到专业烘焙的魅力,与此同时咖啡亭也展示了咖啡师的操作过程,让消费的体验更加的生动沉浸。
To match the brand positioning of a professional roasting workshop, we placed the IMF full hot-air roasting machine in the first line of sight upon entering the space. This allows customers to experience the charm of professional roasting firsthand. At the same time, the coffee pavilion showcases the barista's process, making the consumer experience more vivid and immersive.

为了更好的展示烘焙好的咖啡豆产品。品牌方还特殊定制了咖啡豆闻香台,以方便客户进行深入的了解和选择。如此细致的动作,其实已经远超一间咖啡厅的诉求。品牌的高追求与对体验的细腻设计,也促使我们以更高标准去完善空间体验。
To better showcase the freshly roasted coffee bean products, the brand has custom-designed a coffee bean aroma station, allowing customers to engage more deeply with and select their preferred beans. This thoughtful touch goes far beyond the typical needs of a coffee shop. The brand's high standards and meticulous design for the customer experience also inspired us to refine the spatial experience to an even higher level.

面包档口与座位区的关系
面包烘焙区也选择了开放式的布置,从制作过程到最终的出品,均清晰的呈现在体验者面前,既可以传达一种专业且卫生的制作理念还可以让更契合专业咖啡烘焙工坊的氛围。
The bread baking area was also designed with an open layout, allowing the entire process—from preparation to the final product—to be clearly displayed for the customers. This not only communicates a professional and hygienic approach to production but also enhances the atmosphere, aligning perfectly with the concept of a professional coffee roasting workshop.
宠物友好的示意
单人座位区
户外座位区不仅可以为社区提供一片小小的休息区,还可以成为宠物友好人士的交流区;专为照顾单人用餐而设置靠窗的吧台区。
The outdoor seating area not only provides a small resting space for the community but also serves as a gathering spot for pet-friendly individuals. Additionally, a bar counter by the window is specially designed to accommodate solo diners.
外部市政管道设备优化设计处理
项目靠近道路的一侧,路边裸露的市政管道成为了室内视野不可避开的一部分。我们用实体墙进行阻隔,对内形成展示架的背景,对外一侧用工业感的金属格栅进行包覆,添加标识形成了一面新的店面形象,拓展了品牌的展示面。
On the side of the project near the road, the exposed municipal pipes along the roadside became an unavoidable part of the indoor view. We used a solid wall to block them off, creating a background for displays inside. On the exterior side, we covered the pipes with industrial-style metal grilles and added signage, creating a new storefront image that expanded the brand’s display area.
柱体设计细节
对于空间柱体的巧妙处理,也体现了我们对于空间细节的进一步思考。为阴雨天气而设置的雨伞架,为方便洗手的轻便洗手台,在对幕墙一侧还集合了一定的展示效果同时处理了空间中的消防栓。多项功能的完美集合解决,更好用的同时也让空间回归了纯净。
The clever handling of the space’s columns reflects our further consideration of spatial details. We have incorporated an umbrella rack for rainy weather, a lightweight handwashing station for convenience, and on the curtain wall side, we not only addressed the fire hydrant but also created a display feature. The seamless integration of multiple functions not only enhances practicality but also keeps the space pure and uncluttered.
极高追求的品牌方,顶尖的硬件配置,质朴简约的空间基地,东方韵味的咖啡亭与移动小车,灵活移动切换模式的家具布置,无数对于细节的回应,最终达成了一场近乎完美的商业空间体验。新店开放,在城市内形成了极大的传播效应,用餐高峰期一位难求的情况屡屡发生。
With the brand’s exceptional pursuit of excellence, top-tier hardware configuration, a simple yet refined spatial foundation, an Eastern-inspired coffee pavilion, and a mobile cart, along with the flexible furniture arrangements that can easily switch between modes, and countless responses to details, we ultimately achieved an almost perfect commercial space experience. The opening of the new store has created a significant buzz in the city, with peak dining times frequently experiencing full occupancy.
用空间去回应商业的诉求,回应极致的消费体验,回应深厚的东方文化,去影响一个品牌乃至一个城市的咖啡文化,OURIO-噢哩触豆是一次成功的尝试。
Through the space, we responded to the commercial needs, delivered an extraordinary consumer experience, and honored the profound Eastern culture, influencing not only the brand but also the city’s coffee culture. OURIO Coffe is a successful attempt.
