(一)何时会用到不定式？
请译下句成英文:
"我计划明天早晨去书店买些英文版的儿童读物"。

(二) 不定式有4种形式
不定式具有动词的特性，但它不能作谓语，故而称为"非谓语动词"。它不表示时态，只表示它与主句谓语在时间上(前、后、同时、进行、完成)的关系。于是，不定式就产生了对应形式。
在"主动语态"方面，它有4种"形式":
1/一般式…to do.
2/进行式…to be doing.
3/完成式…to have done.
4/完成进行式…to have been doing.
(三)"to do"..."一般形式"。
表示:
其动作与主谓语动作: 同时、几乎同时、或迟于谓语发生、或不强调时间，只表示主语在当时的一个额外动作。其形式不受主语人称、谓语的限制。
★I come here to work, not to play.
(谓语一般现在时、不定式一般形式、几乎同时发生、不受谓语影响)
我来此是工作的、不是玩的。
★I helped him to repair the car yesterday. (谓语是过去时、不定式是一般形式、与谓语同时发生、不受限制) 昨天，我帮他修车了。
★Thousands of young people are learningto ski. (表示经常性动作，不讲时间，不受谓语限制。)
数以千计的年轻人在学习滑雪
★She doesn't know how to do it.(迟于谓语动作)
她不知道怎么去做这件事。
★He made up his mind to sell the house because he was lacking money.
(迟于谓语发生) 、因为缺钱用，他决定把房子卖了。
★I hope there to be a better future for everyone. (迟于谓语发生) 我希望每个人都有一个更美好的未来。
注意: (There to be...是There be...的不定式形式，表示将来的可能性)。
(四)"to have done"..."完成形式"表示:
其动作发生在谓语动作之前，且已完成。
★I am sorry to have given you so much trouble.
★He felt very lucky to have left the house before the fire. 他感到很幸运！因为他在房子着火前已离开了。
★It would be nice to have visited Paris last summer.(虚拟语气) 要是去年夏天，能去参观一下巴黎就好了。
(五) "to be doing"…. "进行形式"表示:
谓语动作与不定式动作同时在进行中，或紧跟谓语动作而发生、并持续进行中… ★It is very nice to be lying on the beach.
躺在沙滩上真是舒服！
★They appear to be trying to run away.
他们好像正尝试逃跑。
★The big boss doesn't like you to be always coming late for work.
大老板不喜欢你总是迟到。
★He pretendedto be listening attentively to the teacher.

(六) "to have been doing"完成进行形式:
表示其动作在谓语动作之前已经开始了，到谓语动作发生时刚刚停止、或持续下去…
★She claimsto have been working on the project all week.
她声明她整个星期都在做这个项目。
★The athlete is saidto have been training intensely for months.
据说这名运动员已经进行了数月的强化训练。
★He is saidto have been working here for more than thirty years.
据说，他在这儿工作30多年了。
