脑卒中最新治疗靶点:NRR热点话题

摘要:近年来,脑卒中治疗靶点研究取得多方面进展。铁死亡调控已成为脑卒中治疗靶点的热点,研究聚焦于铁代谢失衡和脂质过氧化机制,发现铁死亡抑制剂可通过阻断相关代谢通路减轻脑损伤,但临床转化需深入验证。

近年来,脑卒中治疗靶点研究取得多方面进展。铁死亡调控已成为脑卒中治疗靶点的热点,研究聚焦于铁代谢失衡和脂质过氧化机制,发现铁死亡抑制剂可通过阻断相关代谢通路减轻脑损伤,但临床转化需深入验证。

线粒体琥珀酰化修饰方面,Sirtuin 5介导的去琥珀酰化被证实可调节能量代谢、抑制氧化应激和神经炎症,增强其活性的药物在动物模型中显示出神经保护作用,但临床疗效待评估。分子伴侣在脑卒中后免疫抑制中的作用被揭示,其通过维持蛋白质稳态调节免疫反应,为降低感染风险提供新策略。

加巴喷丁类药物因其抗炎、抗氧化特性被探索用于脑卒中后神经修复及并发症管理,但疗效尚未明确,需更多临床试验支持。

此外,基因疗法在脊髓损伤中的成功(如促进轴突再生和运动功能恢复)为脑卒中治疗提供潜在方向,但其在脑卒中的应用仍需系统性研究。
