编者按：当前，国际局势变乱交织，百年变局加速演进。当关税战与科技封锁持续加码，全球贸易体系剧烈震荡，全球供应链濒临重构，世界正站在历史的临界点：中美究竟会坠入“新冷战”深渊，还是在博弈中寻找共生之道？在此背景下，中国人民大学第三次邀请美国前驻俄罗斯大使、斯坦福大学教授迈克尔•麦克福尔与中国人民大学国家金融研究院院长吴晓求教授在人大重阳区域国别论坛之全球名家第二场进行对话。这也是双方继2019年7月、2024年4月后的第三次互动，两位资深学者将围绕关税战升级下的全球经济治理困境、中美俄三角关系、中美人文交流等话题深入交换意见，为中美关系发展建言献策。现将相关议程安排如下：

The Third Dialogue Between Wu Xiaoqiu and Michael McFaul
Profound Changes Unseen in CenturieswithChina-U.S.Gaming and Competition
Amidst Profound Changes Unseen in Centuries, with the world entering a new period of turbulence and change, and facing the U.S. tariff wars and technological blockades continue to escalate, triggering seismic shifts in the global trade system and a near-overhaul of global supply chains. The world stands at a historical inflection point: Will China and the United States descend into the a "New Cold War," or find a path toward coexistence with gaming and competition? To find a solution, Renmin University of China invites Michael McFaul, former U.S. Ambassador to Russia and professor at Stanford University, for the third Dialogue with Wu Xiaoqiu, Dean of the National Finance and Development Institute at Renmin University of China. Following their previous exchanges in July 2019 and April 2024, the two distinguished scholars will engage in an in-depth discussion on topics including the challenges of global economic governance amid escalating tariff conflicts, the China-U.S.-Russia triangular relationship, and China-U.S. cultural exchanges, offering insights and recommendations for the future of China-U.S. relations. 中国人民大学重阳金融研究院（人大重阳）成立于2013年1月19日，是重阳投资向中国人民大学捐赠并设立教育基金运营的主要资助项目。
作为中国特色新型智库，人大重阳聘请了全球数十位前政要、银行家、知名学者为高级研究员，旨在关注现实、建言国家、服务人民。目前，人大重阳下设7个部门、运营管理4个中心(生态金融研究中心、全球治理研究中心、中美人文交流研究中心、中俄人文交流研究中心)。近年来，人大重阳在金融发展、全球治理、大国关系、宏观政策等研究领域在国内外均具有较高认可度。
