★There be...(句型总论/表示现在存在/略句)
1/There to be...(少见/属"不定式独立结构"/表示将要存在或计划存在）主要用于宾语从句。例句:
It is planned that there to be a new park in the neighborhood.
(计划在附近建一个新公园)。
2/There is to be...(确定会发生并存在/单数形式）作主语用。例句：
There is to be a meeting tomorrow.
3/There are to be...（确定会发生并存在/复数形式)、作主语。例句：
There are to be several changes in the company policy.
