Passport holders from China and Uzbekistan will be able to travel to each other's countries without a visa starting June 1, 2025, according to an agreement between the two governments.

The agreement allows holders of valid service, public affairs, and ordinary passports from China, as well as holders of ordinary passports from Uzbekistan, to enter, exit, or transit through the other country without a visa.

Travelers can stay for up to 30 days per visit, with a maximum cumulative stay of 90 days within a 180-day period.

For stays exceeding 30 days per visit, or for purposes such as residency, work, study, or journalism, travelers are required to apply for the appropriate visa in advance.
