斑斓酸奶小面包（一次发酵） B101的做法

材料中全黄油外，全加一起拌至无干粉；

揉到扩展阶段，即能出光滑的厚膜的状态；

加入软化的黄油继续揉；

揉到出均匀有弹性的膜就可以了，不必手套膜；

密封松驰15分钟后，不用排气，直接均分成24份，并收圆码进烤盘中；
