在准格尔经济开发区政务服务分中心的24小时自助服务区,居民赵美林通过智能终端办理身份证业务。通过“AI智能引导+无感采集”系统,从照片拍摄到指纹采集,仅用5分钟便完成身份证换领全流程。
At the 24-hour self-service area of the Juungar Economic Development Zone Government Service Sub-center, resident Zhao Meilin renewed her ID card in just five minutes using a smart terminal equipped with an AI-guided, contactless data collection system.
准格尔经济开发区紧扣“数字政府”建设目标,在政务服务分中心24小时自助服务区配备政务服务一体机、智能文件柜等自助服务终端设备,并协同多个部门成功开办身份证自助领证、身份证自助拍照受理、税务发票申领等自助服务事项。同时配置自助服务领办帮办人员,建立“好差评”系统,服务满意度达98%以上。通过“线上+线下”双轨服务模式,实现7×24小时政务服务“不打烊”。
To support digital government initiatives, the zone has installed self-service machines, smart filing cabinets,and other terminals offering ID issuance, photo booths, and tax invoice processing. On-site assistants are available to help, and a feedback system shows over 98 percent satisfaction. This dual "online + offline" model ensures uninterrupted 24/7 access to services.
在交管业务自助区,居民赵娜通过智能体检一体机完成驾驶证申领前期准备:“拍照、体检、信息录入全在一台机器上完成,比传统流程快了40分钟。”该设备集成人脸识别、智能传感等技术,实现3分钟内完成驾驶人身体条件检测。
In the self-service traffic section, resident Zhao Na used a smart medical terminal to complete the pre-check for her driver's license. "The photo, health check, and data entry were all done on one machine – saving me 40 minutes," she said. The system uses facial recognition and smart sensors to finish physical checks in under three minutes.
“我们构建‘15分钟政务服务圈’,将税务、公安、人社等部门服务事项下沉至终端。目前85%的高频事项可通过自助终端办理,企业开办时间压缩至2小时内。下一步,将深化‘AI+政务’场景应用,拓展智能导办、政策精准推送等功能,着力打造领先的数字化政务服务标杆。”准格尔经济开发区政务服务中心工作人员张雨介绍道。
"We're building a '15-minute service circle', bringing tax, police, and human resources and social security services directly to local terminals." said Zhang Yu from the government service center. "Currently, 85 percent of high-demand services are available via self-service, and business registration takes under two hours. Next, we'll expand AI-driven guidance and targeted policy updates to set a benchmark for digital governance."
