体制内的日子，虽然安稳，却也沉闷。我像是被束缚在一张无形的网中，每天按部就班地工作，应付着各种繁杂的事务和不必要的束缚。那时的我，虽然身处河北省会某三甲医院门诊部这个“麻雀虽小五脏俱全”的小天地里，但心中却总有一种难以言喻的压抑感。我深知，自己真正的舞台，并不在这里。

于是，我毅然决然地选择了离开，踏上了这条充满未知与挑战的江湖医者之路。这一入江湖，便是深似海，海阔凭鱼跃，天高任鸟飞。我深入基层，与底层群众打成一片，用我的医术为他们解除病痛，用我的真心去换取他们的信任与尊重。

在这个过程中，我不断地摔打锤炼自己的性格和医术，将中医学院派与民间派的知识熔于一炉，不断地总结与升华。我有幸拜得京城名医陈勇教授为师，更是将京城名医关幼波和北中医巨擘焦树德教授的学术思想加以提炼与提高，使之更加符合临床实际，更加贴近患者的需求。

这二十年的江湖行医之路，我走得并不轻松。但每当看到患者因为我的治疗而重获健康，每当看到他们脸上洋溢着幸福的笑容，我便觉得这一切都是值得的。我深知，自己虽然默默无闻，但我的医术却在为首都人民默默奉献着。这份付出，虽然无声，但却有着沉甸甸的分量。

回首过去，我感慨良多。体制内的日子虽然安稳，但却缺乏了那份自由与激情。而现在的我，虽然身处江湖，但却能够全心全意、随心所欲地实践着祖国医学。这份自由与满足，是我在体制内所无法比拟的。

我深知，医者之路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。在未来的日子里，我将继续坚守在这条江湖医者之路上，用我的医术与真心去为更多的患者带来健康与希望。我相信，只要心中有爱，有信念，我便能够在这条路上越走越远，越走越坚定。

Dr. Liang Shijie: Once in the river and lake, never regret, from inside the system to outside the system

Looking back, it seems like a dream. In 2005, I made a decision that left everyone around me speechless - to jump out of the seemingly glamorous but heavily restricted "fortress" of the system and dive into the clinics and communities of social medicine. At that time, I was full of curiosity about the unknown and the desire for freedom, like a bird that had just learned to fly, eager to spread its wings and fly high to explore the boundless sky.

The days in the system, although stable, are also dull. I feel like I am trapped in an invisible net, working day by day and dealing with all kinds of complicated matters and unnecessary constraints. At that time, although I was in a small world in the outpatient department of a third-class hospital in the capital of Hebei Province, I always felt an indescribable sense of oppression in my heart. I knew that my true stage was not here.

Therefore, I resolutely chose to leave and embarked on the path of a doctor in the rivers and lakes, full of unknowns and challenges. Once I entered the rivers and lakes, it was as deep as the sea, where fish can leap and birds can fly. I went deep into the grassroots, became one with the people at the bottom, used my medical skills to relieve their pain, and used my sincerity to gain their trust and respect.

In this process, I have constantly hammered and refined my personality and medical skills, fused the knowledge of the academy and folk schools of traditional Chinese medicine, and constantly summarized and sublimated them. I had the privilege of being taught by Professor Chen Yong, a famous doctor in Beijing, and further refined and improved the academic thoughts of Professor Guan Youbo, a famous doctor in Beijing, as well as Professor Jiao Shude, a giant in traditional Chinese medicine, to make them more in line with clinical practice and more in line with the needs of patients.

The journey of practicing medicine in the rivers and lakes for the past twenty years has not been easy for me. But whenever I see patients regain their health because of my treatment, whenever I see their faces filled with happy smiles, I feel that it is all worth it. I know that although I am unknown, my medical skills are silently contributing to the people of the capital. This sacrifice, although silent, has a heavy weight.

Looking back, I have many feelings. Although the days in the system are stable, they lack that freedom and passion. Now, although I am in the world, I can practice the motherland's medicine wholeheartedly and freely. This freedom and satisfaction are incomparable to what I experienced in the system.

I deeply understand that the journey of a doctor is long and arduous, and I will continue to seek it. In the future, I will continue to adhere to this path of doctors in the rivers and lakes, using my medical skills and sincerity to bring health and hope to more patients. I believe that as long as I have love and faith in my heart, I can go further and further on this path and become more and more determined.
