1. 表示经常性、习惯性动作：常与表示频率的副词（always总是、usually通常、often经常、sometimes有时、seldom很少 等 ）或时间状语（every day每天、every week每周 等 ）连用。

- She usually gets up at 7:00 in the morning.（她通常早上7点起床。 ）

- They always go to school by bike.（他们总是骑自行车去上学。 ）
