张淼——中欧建交50周年书画交流展

摘要：五十年风云际会，半世纪翰墨同心。值此中国与欧洲联盟建交五十周年之际，我们以丹青为桥，以笔墨为舟，举办"中欧建交50周年书画展"，旨在通过东方水墨的悠远意境与西方艺术的多元表达，共绘文明互鉴的长卷，同书友谊长青的华章。

前言

五十年风云际会，半世纪翰墨同心。值此中国与欧洲联盟建交五十周年之际，我们以丹青为桥，以笔墨为舟，举办"中欧建交50周年书画展"，旨在通过东方水墨的悠远意境与西方艺术的多元表达，共绘文明互鉴的长卷，同书友谊长青的华章。

回溯1975年，中国与欧共体握手建交的瞬间，不仅开启了东西方两大文明体的对话新篇，更埋下了跨越山海的文化种子。五十年来，从《中欧合作2020战略规划》的蓝图到"一带一路"倡议下的深度对接，政治互信的根基滋养出文化交融的繁花。

谨以此展献给所有为中欧友谊耕耘的先行者，致敬两种文明在历史长河中始终保有的对话智慧。愿网络展里的每一笔皴擦点染，每一处留白构图，都成为构建人类命运共同体道路上闪光的文化路标。

Fifty years of stormy meeting, half a century of Han Mo's heart. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the European Union, we held the "Chinese-European Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" on the 50th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations with Danqing as a bridge and pen and ink as a boat. It aims to draw a long scroll of civilization and mutual learning through the long artistic conception of oriental ink and the diverse expression of Western art. Back in 1975, the moment when China shook hands with the European Communist Party and established diplomatic relations not only opened a new chapter of the dialogue between the two major civilizations of the East and the West, but also planted the cultural seeds across the mountains and seas. Over the past 50 years, from the blueprint of the 2020 Strategic Plan for China-Europe Cooperation to the in-depth docking under the Belt and Road Initiative, the foundation of political mutual trust has nurtured the flowers of cultural integration. I would like to dedicate this exhibition to all the pioneers who have worked hard for Sino-European friendship, and pay tribute to the dialogue wisdom that the two civilizations have always maintained in the long history. May every stroke and every blank composition in the online exhibition become a shining cultural road sign on the road to building a community with a shared future for mankind.

张淼：字三水， 1984 年 9 月出生，男，祖籍陕西商州。现为商洛市商州区文化馆馆长，商洛市美术家协会副主席，中央文化干部管理学院中国水墨研究院院士，北京观复美术院学术委员会副主任，陕西省美术家协会会员，陕西省书画艺术研究院研究员，西安市中国画研究会花鸟艺委会副主任，西部中国画院副院长，中国诗书画研究会陕西分会副秘书长，长安青年美术家协会副主席，商州美术家协会顾问。
2008 年 8 月《碧池清影》入选由中国美协主办的当代中国画百家扇面精品展；（山东）

Zhang Miao: surname Sanshui, born in September 1984, male, ancestral home of Shangzhou, Shaanxi Province. He is currently the director of the Cultural Museum of Shangzhou District, Shangluo City, the vice chairman of the Shangluo Artists Association, the academician of the Chinese Ink Research Institute of the Central Institute of Cultural Cadre Management, the deputy director of the Academic Committee of the Beijing Guanfu Academy of Fine Arts, the member of the Shaanxi Artists Association, the researcher of the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Calligraphy and Painting Art, and the Flower and Bird Art Committee of the Xi'an Chinese Painting Research Association. Deputy Director of the Association, Vice President of the Western Chinese Academy of Painting, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shaanxi Branch of the Chinese Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, Vice Chairman of the Chang'an Young Artists Association, and Consultant of the Shangzhou Artists Association.

In August 2008, "Blue Pool and Shadow" was selected as a fine exhibition of 100 contemporary Chinese paintings sponsored by the China Fine Art Association; (Shandong)

In 2014, he was specially invited to be selected for the second "Wenxin. Yaqu "Academic Research Exhibition of Hundred Fan Sketches of Contemporary Chinese Paintings; (Beijing)

In 2015, he was specially invited to be selected as the "Vianxiang Yipin" hosted by Mr. Wang Yong, an academic research exhibition of 60 contemporary Chinese paintings; (Beijing)

In September 2015, the works were selected as "Danqing Epic - Award-winning Works of Previous National Art Exhibitions"; (Beijing)

In May 2016, his works were selected for the academic research exhibition of representative painters of contemporary Chinese regional painting styles in "Hundred Cities and Hundred Schools"; (Beijing)

In October 2016, the work "Lotus Pond Bihabital Map" was specially invited to be selected for the International Art Salon Exhibition in Paris, France and the International Academic Exchange Exhibition of Chinese and French Artists, and exhibited in the Carousel Hall of the Louvre in Paris, France; (France)

In October 2022, he was specially invited by the Art Development Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to participate in the exhibition of Chinese and South Korean international artists. ( South Korea)
