Secondly, this paper puts forward future prospects on how to refine the evaluation system layer by layer through continuous research and exploration to form a relatively complete evaluation system. First, dynamically optimize the supplier evaluation index system. In light of the characteristics of software development projects and changes in social demands, develop new indicators that are more adaptable. Second, improve the evaluation methods. By integrating multiple methods (such as compensating for the quantitative insufficiency of the Analytic Hierarchy Process), a more scientific and objective comprehensive evaluation model can be constructed to reduce the influence of human subjectivity on the judgment matrix, thereby enhancing the accuracy of supplier selection.

四、知识补充——层次分析法的改进（Knowledge Supplementation - Improvement of the Analytic Hierarchy Process）

层次分析法（AHP）的主要缺点包括：因素过多时标度工作量大、对标度负值考虑不足、判断矩阵合理性重视不够、定量信息利用不足、赋值随意性高且多人决策易冲突、倒数赋值导致意见放大、最大原则忽略权值关联性、无法生成新方案，以及特征值计算复杂，其改进如下。
