As the world's largest distribution hub for Christmas products, Yiwu exports over 20,000 types of festive goods to more than 100 countries and regions annually. Despite being over 200 days away from Christmas, factories in Yiwu are operating at full capacity. Boxes of Christmas hats, trees, bells, flowers, ornaments, and gift boxes roll off production lines and are meticulously packed into containers. These items are then transported worldwide via China-Europe freight trains, express sea freight, and air cargo. The festive decorations will soon brighten bustling streets like Los Angeles in the U.S., vibrant markets in Medellín, Colombia, historic shops in Madrid, Spain, and sprawling malls in Moscow, Russia, adding colorful charm to global Christmas celebrations.

作为全球最大的圣诞用品集散地,义乌每年向100多个国家和地区出口2万多种圣诞用品。眼下,距离圣诞节还有200多天,可在义乌圣诞用品工厂内,机器开足马力生产。一箱箱圣诞帽、圣诞树、圣诞钟、圣诞花、圣诞球、圣诞礼品盒等商品刚从流水线下来,就被有条不紊地装入集装箱。随后搭乘中欧班列、海运快船、飞机等交通工具,远销至世界各地。这些用于装点节日氛围的物件,将现身于美国洛杉矶繁华的商业街、哥伦比亚麦德林的特色市集、西班牙马德里的老城商铺、俄罗斯莫斯科错落有致的购物中心……为全球各地的圣诞节染上绚丽色彩。

This year, factors such as intensified trade frictions, rising geopolitical challenges, coupled with profound global supply chain restructuring and shifts in consumer demand, are reshaping the Christmas product industry’s trade dynamics. A representative from the Yiwu Christmas Products Industry Association explained: "On one hand, trade disputes and logistics cost fluctuations are pushing buyers to secure production capacity earlier and diversify orders. On the other hand, the rise of online shopping has erased geographical barriers, while diversified festive consumption scenarios have led to 'front-loaded' and 'year-round' demand for Christmas products." Under these dual forces, the traditional seasonal boundaries of peak and off-peak procurement periods are fading. Market demand is no longer confined to fixed cycles but has evolved into a decentralized, multi-batch order model spanning the entire year.

今年,受贸易摩擦加剧、地缘政治挑战增多等因素影响,叠加全球供应链深度重构与消费需求显著转变,圣诞用品行业的贸易格局正被重塑。义乌市圣诞用品行业协会相关负责人告诉记者:一方面,贸易摩擦与物流成本波动促使采购商提前锁定产能、分散订单;另一方面,线上消费的普及打破了地域限制,节日消费场景多元化使得圣诞用品需求呈现出“前置化”与“常态化”特征。在双重作用下,圣诞用品传统的采购季、淡旺季界限正日益模糊,市场需求不再局限于固定周期,而是演变为全年分散化、多批次的订单模式。

Market vendors noted that Yiwu’s Christmas product export peak has shifted significantly earlier, moving from June-August in previous years to May-July. This year, the delivery pace accelerated further, with an order fulfillment surge emerging as early as April. According to Yiwu Customs data, from January to April, the city’s Christmas product exports reached 310 million yuan, marking a 107.4% year-on-year increase.

市场商户们表示,义乌圣诞用品出口高峰期出现显著前移,从过去的6月至8月提前至5月至7月,而今年的出货节奏进一步加快,早在4月便迎来订单交付热潮。据义乌海关数据,1月至4月,义乌圣诞用品出口3.1亿元,同比增长107.4%。
