大学生网上买Labubu被骗
近日，大学生小王在网上买玩偶被骗，在追回钱款时竟遭遇了二次诈骗的消息，引发关注。
A college student, surnamed Wang, who was scammed while purchasing a doll online and then fell victim to a secondary scam while attempting to recover his money, has attracted public attention.
北京晚报消息，北京丰台站派出所接到小王报警称，自己近期在某书平台添加了一名“拉布布”卖家微信，后通过支付宝转账850元购买玩偶，收到玩偶后却发现货不对版，向卖家申请退货退款却遭拒绝并被拉黑。
According to reports, Wang contacted a Labubu seller through a platform and added the seller on WeChat. He then transferred 850 yuan via Alipay to purchase the doll. However, upon receipt, the product did not match the description. His request for a return and refund was refused, and the seller blocked him.
为挽回损失，小王又在该平台找到名为“专业追回某老师”的账号，向对方请教如何追回货款。对方谎称是北京某知名律所的律师，声称可通过律师身份联系微信客服帮忙将钱款追回，但前提需按其要求进行多笔刷单，让微信支付账号变至异常状态。
In an attempt to recover his loss, Wang found an account on the same platform going by the username of "Professional Recovery" from whom he sought advice on retrieving the payment. The party falsely claimed to be a lawyer from a well-known law firm in Beijing and stated that they could contact WeChat customer service using their legal credentials to help recover the funds — but only if Wang completed several brush orders (sham transactions) as instructed to make his WePay account appear abnormal.

小王信以为真，在某购物平台先后支付了三笔订单，共计1.4万余元。但当他要求对方退还850元购物款及1.4万余元刷单款时，却发现被“拉黑”了，他这才意识到自己又被骗了。
Believing the story, Wang made three orders totaling over 14,000 yuan on a shopping platform. But when he asked the other party to refund both the original 850 yuan and the additional sum of more than 14,000 yuan from the brush orders, he found himself blocked again — only then realizing he had been scammed a second time.
警方提醒：在网络交易中需提高警惕，选择正规平台进行交易，切勿轻易添加陌生好友私下转账；如遇交易纠纷或可疑情况，应第一时间通过官方渠道维权或报警求助，切勿轻信所谓“专业追款”“律师代理”等陌生账号，避免因急于挽回损失而遭遇二次诈骗。
