李有光，河南省南阳人，1987 年毕业于西安美术学院工艺系，在全国根雕、玉雕、美术、速写等艺术领域享有盛名。成为艺术殿堂里令人青睐的佼佼者。可谓国内外闻名遐迩，成为令人仰慕的一代艺术骄子。

At the beginning of this century, I was invited by the old generation of jade carving masters in Zhenping to set up a factory in Zhenping County to make root carvings. Zhenping is a national jade carving market, but there was no wood carving root carving market at the beginning of the century. Generally, the base for jade carving is only a flat plate base and a simple wood carving base. Li Youguang has been deeply cultivating folk root carving art talents in rural areas for many years, and has set up a root carving factory not far from the intersection of Laosan 12th National Road and Shifosi Road in Zhenping to make root carvings. He has researched, created and invented a new art expression form that combines root carving art and jade carving art, and formulated a root art jade base, which has been widely praised and supported by the social market. It is well received by the jade carving industry in Zhenping and the business is booming. Director Liu and Director Mei of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology of Nanyang Bureau of Industry and Information Technology personally inspected the Shifo Temple, one of the five key inspection points set up by the Provincial Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, at Li Youguang's factory.
