迄今为止，供应商管理方面有着非常丰富的研究，也具有一套很成熟的理论体系。供应商评价、选择、关系管理、考核方面的研究层出不穷。该文着重研究供应商评价这一过程，相关文献主要涉及供应商评价指标、供应商评价方法等方面。

So far, supplier management has a very rich research, but also has a very mature theoretical system. There are many researches on supplier evaluation, selection, relationship management and assessment. This paper focuses on the process of supplier evaluation, and related literature mainly involves supplier evaluation index, supplier evaluation method and so on.

（一）供应商评价指标相关研究（Supplier Evaluation Indicators Related Research）

我国软件项目供应商评价指标的研究经历了从特定领域（如ERP、CRM）到多元化应用（如大数据、BIM技术、跨境电商等）的发展，评价指标体系不断完善，评价方法也日趋多样化和科学化。研究普遍采用层次分析法，并结合模糊理论、QFD法、灰色关联度分析等其他方法，构建了包含多个一级和二级指标的评价体系。这些研究为企业选择合适的软件项目供应商提供了科学依据，并呈现出以下趋势：理论与实践相结合、动态调整与持续优化、跨领域融合与创新以及智能化与自动化评价。

The research on evaluation indicators of software project suppliers in China has experienced the development from specific fields (such as ERP, CRM) to diversified applications (such as big data, BIM technology, cross-border e-commerce, etc.), the evaluation index system has been continuously improved, and the evaluation methods have become increasingly diversified and scientific. The research generally adopts the analytic hierarchy process, combined with fuzzy theory, QFD method, grey relational degree analysis and other methods to build an evaluation system including multiple primary and secondary indicators. These studies provide a scientific basis for enterprises to choose the right software project suppliers, and show the following trends: the combination of theory and practice, dynamic adjustment and continuous optimization, cross-field integration and innovation, and intelligent and automated evaluation.

国外在软件评价及选型中的供应商评价指标研究起步早，领域广泛，且评价维度多元、方法科学。研究涉及电信、ERP等多个行业，构建了包括质量、价格、交付、技术能力、组织背景等多个评价维度的指标体系。在评价方法上，创新性地应用了模糊Promethee方法、随机森林、模糊评价理论、优劣解距离法等多种方法，提高了评价的科学性和客观性。

The research of supplier evaluation index in software evaluation and selection abroad started early, the field is wide, and the evaluation dimension is multiple and the method is scientific. The research involves a number of industries such as telecommunications and ERP, and constructs an index system including quality, price, delivery, technical capability, organizational background and other evaluation dimensions. In the evaluation method, the fuzzy Promethee method, random forest, fuzzy evaluation theory, good and bad distance method and other methods are innovatively applied, which improves the scientificity and objectivity of evaluation.

国内供应商评价方法研究展现出方法多元、视角广泛且持续创新的特点。研究者们不仅运用传统的AHP和FAHP方法，还积极探索了主成分分析、数据包络法、贝叶斯网络、TOPSIS、熵值法、BP神经网络、灰色关联度分析等多种新颖方法，提高了评价的全面性和准确性。同时，研究视角广泛，涉及多个行业和场景，为实践提供了针对性的评价方案。

The research of domestic supplier evaluation methods shows the characteristics of multiple methods, broad perspectives and continuous innovation. Researchers not only use the traditional AHP and FAHP methods, but also actively explore a variety of novel methods such as principal component analysis, data envelopment method, Bayesian network, TOPSIS, entropy method, BP neural network, gray relational degree analysis, etc., to improve the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the evaluation. 国外供应商评价方法研究呈现方法丰富、应用广泛且不断创新的特点。研究者们结合不同行业和场景，灵活运用评分模型、ABC法、点评法、数据包络分析、模糊TOPSIS、模糊复比例评估法等多种方法，为企业提供针对性的供应商评价方案。

Foreign supplier evaluation methods are characterized by rich methods, extensive application and continuous innovation. In combination with different industries and scenarios, researchers flexibly use scoring model, ABC method, review method, data envelopment analysis, fuzzy TOPSIS, fuzzy multiple scale evaluation method and other methods to provide enterprises with targeted supplier evaluation schemes.
